If I could give more stars I would. Not knowing what I wanted. I asked the lady for her opinion. She showed me all the gorgeous arrangements. I settled on some roses with sunflowers and asked her to add a little something. She added some beautiful carnations. Amanda was very helpful and compassionate as this was for a funeral. Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers and helping make this difficult day a little easier! Will definitely be returning

I wish I could give 10 stars! The staff at this Flowerama went above and beyond for my needs. The new girl that took my original order was as sweet as can be and so very patient and helpful. Then Bill helped when my delivery couldn’t be delivered to the hospital and offered to take them to another location. Bill really helped brighten my day with his kind soul and the gorgeous arrangements really brightened the 2 families day who’s loved ones are recovering in the burn unit. Flowers were beautiful but the service from Olivia was awful. She was rude. Not knowledgeable at all. And seemed like I was bothering her when I asked for her to simply add a single flower to an arrangement already made that I was purchasing for my sick grandmother. From now on if she’s working I won’t shop. Beware of this rude girl. It really ruined my day.

Ive been going to Bill at Flowerama for a long time. I live out of State so every time I come back up to Ohio and need new flowers for the cemetery I always go to Bill. He is so sweet and does such an amazing job. The whole staff there is sweet.

I ordered flowers for my sick mother in law. I noted that I was concerned about a particular flower making her cats sick. They called and offered to make a special arrangement that would be pet safe. I was amazed at this service. They should offer these special bouquets online. Ours turned out beautiful!

Flowerama did my wedding flowers and they were amazing!! I asked them to make halos of flowers for myself and all my bridesmaids, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. My bouquet was gorgeous and so were all of the other flowers we used for the cake and decorating. The manager was very helpful and took the time to meet with us and learn our style. We were very happy with the prices as well - super reasonable. I highly recommend this shop!

Had to pick up flowers for an event I was going to and the store was on the way. I had pre-ordered the flowers and they were almost ready when I arrive to pick them up. I picked up roses and they were reasonably priced. I had checked the price I love wreaths, I found them to be expensive. They have quite a few ideas for flower arrangements and gifts including small boxes of candy. All in all this was a good place to shop for the flowers. By the time I got to my destination my car smelled great!

Selection was amazing! Customer service was way above and beyond! My fiance and I went in so that I could purchase her some flowers for sweetest day. We picked out a bouquet of roses for their special price. We talked to the person behind the register and had told him about how we had buried our son yestersay. Ous son passed away on the 13th and we laid him to rest yesterday afternoon, so I wanted to make sweetest day special for my fiance and make sure she smiles, which is why I was buying her the flowers. I went to reach for my wallet ans the man behind the counter handed me the flowers but didnt ask for a price. At first I was confused and was about to ask how much my total was and he stopped me with a nod. I realized what he was doing and I had to ask if he was sure. He responded telling us how sorry he was to hear that news and that he wishes us his condolences. My fiance almost cried right there. We thanked him and went out to sit in our truck where we cried for a few minutes before we could leave. We can not thank that man enough. We can not thank Flowerama enough for this kindness. It truly brightened our day a bit in such a dark time. God bless you all!

Very knowledgeable senior staff and all staff are kind and helpful. Check in with you often - especially if you seem confused like I did. I was given a hint for prolonging cut tulips - pennies in the vase!My only complaints are variety and price of potted plants. The cut flowers are fine price wise, but the variety is a little lacking unless it is in a pre-made arrangement (however they are willing to work with you so this only results in 1 star deducted). For potted and hanging plants I would recommend Siebenthaler and Knollwood nearby for variety and flower care/health. They are similarly priced. There are many other garden centers that are cheaper however, and I prefer to make my own potted mixes.

What a terrible experience -- and I never even made it to the store! I spoke to someone named Laura and received the most appalling customer service. She had a sarcastic tone to her voice, she was uninformed about the services and her role, and she did not prioritize my needs as a customer. I would not go there even if I had received a gift card. Its unfortunate for them, because I would have paid top dollar to have the bouquet of my dreams and referred my friends and sorority sisters.

My only complaint is they give you a card if you spend so much money youre supposed to get 10 off, but if you have 2 empty spaces and want to by a 20 bouquet of roses, they wont put the last two empty spaces toward the purchase .
