Atlas Print And Design get 5 stars for a reason. I was in a pinch. All other companies told me what couldnt be done, but Atlas got it done one day earlier than I asked. Customer service was on point and the product was exceptional. Im super happy. Six stars from me.

Horrible customer service!!! I regret contacting Moses for a last minute banner. I’ve been trying to get a draft together since Wednesday. I should of just gone to Vista Print and paid an expedited shipping fee. He finally gave me a few minutes of his time today at 7:50pm, slapped some stuff together, and because I wasn’t able to respond fast enough since I am with a client his response was “I tried lol”. Waste of my time!!!

While searching for a printing company, for spirit wear for my daughters softball team, I came across Atlas Print & Design. I sent a message late Friday night. Realizing they were already closed and wouldnt be open again until Monday, I didnt expect to hear from them until then. Much to my surprise, Saturday morning I had a emailed response. Wow, impressed right off the bat. I spoke to Moses on Monday, give him my ideas and again shortly after, I had the price sheets for my softball parents.Although I did not have a designed logo ready, Moses was very patient with me and ended up coming to my rescue by creating the logo I had envisioned. Together we designed shirts, sweatshirts, pennant banners and hats for my team. Did I mention how nit-picky I am about details? Moses accommodated me through the whole process, graciously accepting and revising until I loved our design.While other team moms were scrambling at the last minute for their spirit wear orders from other vendors, I was at ease knowing my guy would come thru. Opening day, we received so many compliments on our spirit wear, I was a VERY PROUD Team Mama, thanks to Moses and his team.I have already referred 2 friends over to him and both have been equally impressed as I still am. Although afraid of revealing my hidden gem, I would gladly recommend Atlas Printing to the coordinators of our entire league. With his stellar customer service and awesome products he may become way to busy for little ol me.Thank you again Moses. You are amazing at what you do. Im part of a PTA in Fontana and needed shirts for the kids running club. I recieved the shirts with great quality! My whole experience went so smoothly, from my inquiry, to the quote, to recieving the shirts! The design was perfect! Driving from Fontana to Riverside was easy when I was welcomed with nothing but friendliness and fantastic customer service! I had a ton of questions about future orders and Moses was nothing but glad to answer every single question I had with a smile!
