I just wanted to thank you for loading getting me loaded fast, I really like the appointments and the changes with safety and the signs help a lot to get around. Also the golf kart ride back to my truck was nice. Good team and good changes.

Not so great place to be there 3+ hrs to load 9 skids could have been done faster but still staff is nice and safety first.

I like all the changes they have made, someone is paying attention to detail and it shows! Cant go wrong with putting safety 1st. I also like the appointment deal, helps me get back on the road and keep track of my hours. Thank you Blue Banner Team you guys are pretty cool in my book. In and out in no time!

Whatever you do- just dont conduct business at Blue Banner Co Inc. in Riverside. The NEUROTIC owner is a stalker and has been reported for creating fake google accounts and using other peoples usernames. The owner is committing identity theft posting fraudulent reviews posing as someone else as you can scroll and see... Its currently being investigated as well as the company. Very childish psycho LOL, very sad 😂 I will be warning everyone and reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as well)** Thanks for the LAUGHS Blue Banner owner!!!

I have been there two times already, there is FCFS. I didnt have any problem. Less trucks in front of u, less time to load u and More to more. People r good here, they dont give you smile but they dont even show attitude.

I got to this place and i was out in 20 minutes they are inproving their customer service i like it alot thank u to the office staff that took care off me quick and the loaders were ass good ass the ppl in the office i cant wait to come here again

Good people new changes! I know the wait sucks sometimes but if youre a driver with experience you should already know its part of being a driver 😒 Unless they have VIP service expect to always have a wait time, your not the only one hauling 🚛🚛🚛

Check in and get in the sleeper, itll be a while unless youre the only truck there. They dont like having to move pallets for free, even if youve just got to rearrange your load because of pallet sizes.

There a bunch loosers here thay call for a truck to pick up there goods and its not ready 8+ wait

The shippers take almost 5 hours to load a truck and allways .. No bathrooms and no waiting place ... Besides you have an appointment and one of the truckin always leaves late
