One of my favorite stores along with Victorias secret, CVS, Zumiez, and Claires. Last year I spent Gs with this company. This year I only buy on specific sale days. Yesterday it was connected room sprays. $3.95 I got 5 and $8 single wick candles. The candles werent necessary because 3 wick candles will be in sale in December for $9.98. Im planning on staying the night before so I can get in get my 40 candles and go home to sleep. Let me know if anyone is down to camp out for candles

I dont usually write bad reviews and I love bath and body works but I was very disappointed about this particular store. Some of the staff working here are rude and dont have good customer service, during their sale they told me this item is only online however after I was able to buy it in another store. They also decided to put all my items in one bag making it extremely heavy, when I asked for another bag she was extremely rude.

Everything is awesome,I saw many new fragrance when I was there. Roses were my favorite.

Just love this store. Just wish they would give you the discount on all the lotion and scrub in my favorite scent. Seems like they just want you to buy more or get what you dont need, just to get the extra two items free. Its not posted that way in the store. I am disable, and its still scary for covid, even though I am vacated. I just purchase what l really wanted and left disappointed. Maybe you should just say must spend this amount in selected item of the fragrance to get two free item that also selected items. Instead of making it a guessing game for me. Plus she didnt ask if l want help to picking the right ones in my scent to get the free exact items, and have someone bring them up to the counter at register for me. Because l am disable and have a hard time going back and forth. Too bad and sad, really disappointed. I like two, of the scent, so between the two, l should have found the items. Oh well!

I was happy that there were safety protocols were put in place. If you can wait in line and have the patience, then you should try your luck at finding your fave fragrance. Im kinda disappointed they dont have awesome coupons anymore. It was my incentive to shop more. 😂🤣

The only reason I even put two os rhey still have a good selection of actual merchandize but everything about the organization of the store, the amount of people they let in and the spacing is just ridiculous and not okay i have my vaccination so Im not worried for that but I just felt uncomfortable as it is being that close to people and especially given the virus at hand

I just wanted to say that most of the employees here do a wonderful job but if you ever get the chance to meet Kristie, I think your gonna love her. Love this place....regarding curbside you park over by the red robbin where it says store pick up and then you call them when you arrive. Lost a star because its hard to get through on the phone you have to keep calling. wish they had a check in on the app so that you can just pull up and check in. hope this helps cause I was lost for about an hour and when I went through they asked what spot I was in and I was like I dont even k ow where to go. then they told me and I had to call back. it only took 50 calls to get my stuff....goodluck!!!

Excelent service! Barbie (employee) was great! She greeted us as soon as we walked in and let us know all about the sale going in and about a coupon that we could find in the store app. She also helped us find quite a few things in the store.

Great team! I walked in looking for a gift and fell in love with their Wild Rose and Apple scents only to realize that they had completely sold out. One of the employees encouraged me to buy the items online so that I could still get the deal. After she also recommended another scent similar. I bought both sets of products. Very happy! Very clean store

The birthday rewards are travel sizes under 6$ and everything is 6.25$ and up. I spent so much time looking around for a 6$ item and when I got to the counter they said no. Then I had to spend more time trying to find a travel size under 6$ its just a runaround to get tou in the store. I found a body gel for 5.50$ when the regular size ones are 3.25 clearance. Its a ridiculous promo.

I found all I needed! Great sales and the new candle collection is amazing. I have always loved this store. They now have fragrances that are more geared to people like me who rather have essential oil and natural fragrances.

One of my favorite stores. Keep a look out for specials like buy 3 get 3 free thats when its really worth your money. I was disappointed in their small selection of winter products this last year. Hopefully there will be more options in 2018. The mens collection is getting better my husband and son both love the bourbon scent.

I like this place. The employees are always really nice and attentive. Some may be a tad stereotypic/racist, though. Other than that, it’s okay.

I usually love bath and body works but I was a disappointed about this particular store. The lady working the register was kind nonetheless but, she RIPPED ME OFF😭. I knew something wAs off, and when I went to do my purchase she ripped me off about 3$, I know that’s slightly small. But still I should not be ripped off my purchase, she must had been knew because your supposed on a free product 16.50 or less supposed to do the most expensive item which she did not do, so I will not be going back to this specific location, because I don’t wanna be ripped off.

Hello Mike, Just so you know this is done to prevent the massive theft that goes on in stores with such a customer comes first policy . People will literally come in, steal a bunch of product and then return it for credit. Since they offer a 100 % guarantee they must honor the return even if they know for a fact you stole it. Bath and Body Works is not monitoring to see who excessively returns items to keep people WHO STEAL, not want to come in and return items because its being monitored.

Picked up my online order without having to go inside and it only took 5 minutes :-)Very fast and convenient.
