Havent been to a Barnes and Noble in about 10 years. The kids section was great. Went to get a book for share time at school. Lots of other things too. Picked up a Lego Advent calendar. Really nice set up and not crowded.

Barnes & Noble is my Disneyland because it has things I love. Book, music, movies, games, tarot cards, coffee shop and I can get lost in here for hours all by myself. You should check one out. Youll love it

This is, by far, the best B&N Ive been to. The staff is always super friendly and helpful making my shopping experience here extra enjoyable.There are always bargain deals to choose from and a vast selection of board/tabletop games. I make it here at least 2-3 times a month just to see whats new.

I was unable to find a book at another location yesterday and the customer service desk gladly located it for me.It was a bit of a drive, so I called yesterday just to double check so I wouldnt waste a trip. The lady who answered took the time to verify the book and even took it off the shelf and placed it at the checkout counter for me to pick up today.

Any place where books can be purchased is always a great place to be. Staff are always friendly, ready to be of assistance as their availability while belong other customers permits.This is our local Barnes and Noble, and we do enjoy supporting them best we can!

My order was ready at the counter and the shelves were stocked with books and all waa amazing after a yr and half of shut down.

Nice to be able to go and browse. Great selection of books for children all ages. Hopefully soon they can and will resume storybook time. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is that B&N have increased the selection of toys significantly, somewhat expected with the closing of Toys-R-Us, etc., but they price them high. Its hard to keep the little ones from wanting toys in place of books and their store layout makes it impossible for the kids to not see the toy section.

Best manga book store but you cant return a book it has to be staight like the other books but I like it 4 stars

First off, I LOVE B&N, this location has ALWAYS been my go to. Everytime I come here I leave with like 3 books at minimum. My youngest is getting into reading books and this has become our little thing. Its always clean and the staff are super helpful plus friendly.

My go to spot to relax and quiet my mind. Customer service is outstanding....never intrusive, bit there if you need them.

I really like the layout. It changed recently so it took me a second to find the manga section but other than that it was really nice. I found my book super easy, without even asking for help. As long as you know the genre of your book, youll easily find it.(Also there is a Starbucks but they dont take gift cards or take money from the app. Its only normal cards and cash.)

The customer service staff was very helpful in helping me replace my nook for the first time in ten years. 10/10

Love this place! The employees are constantly out searching for people to see if they need assistance. (Which I always do) One person in particular, I believe her name was Nicole, helped me look for a book that Ive been wanting to read to my kids. She made it here personal mission to find the book. As soon as I was ready to give up she made one last effort and was able to find it. I always have a great experience here.

If I was confused on who died for my sins, I can look no further than barns, they are truly remarkable

I have been coming to the store for months trying to pick up every attack on Titan vol They had volume 33 when I didnt need it but now that I need it every time I go Ive been going for a month they never have it not even to order their monga section never has complete volumes Ive been trying to get into My hero academia they never have volume 1 they have volume 2 they have volume 3 4 or 5 but never 1 If you want to go for manga dont come here go to a different Barnes & Noble Or use right stuff their cheaper and their stuff gets back in stock quick Here youre just wasting time and gas

Smelled funny when we walked in. Dont know why. They do not let you walk around the store (I guess that would be indoor dining) with your food and beverage, they will not just give a cup of ice water. Store was clean and bathroom was clean and well maintained. Didnt interact with anyone but the woman at the cafe, who was quick and pleasant even though she wouldnt give us a complimentary ice water cup.

Theyve been remodeling moving everything around from the inside. The Starbucks is a nice touch in case you want to read something while youre inside or just do work. They have kept up with cleanliness and social distancing. Masks are required once you enter. We are doing renovations even on the outside lots of dust and dirt Ive been kicked around due to the high winds.

Very organized, the employees were very helpful and kind. Huge manga section.

They are one of my favorite stores! Very clean and neat. Not crowded and well stocked. I always buy gifts orgift cards from them. AND they have a yummy bakery!! Everything is delicious!! At the Riverside store you can go to the bakery through a side door. It goes straight to the bakery. I bought everyone in my family a gift certificate for Christmas and I always buy my Christmas cards there. I always get compliments on them. They are iconic and classy.

If you dont mind waiting two or three weeks for a book, then go ahead and buy it from a used book source. But when I buy a book Im excited to read it and I want it as soon as possible. Barnes & Noble Galleria has many titles in their welm packed very large store. If they dont have it on the store, thry almost certainly will hsve it i in their warehousr. i just ordered two titles last week that were promised in 3 to 5 business days including the hard-to-find Three Weeks With My Brother

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Very large variety of books. They also have events where they promote local authors, which helps them get discovered.

I enjoyed visiting even with my loud children with me. The staff was very friendly and if they didnt have the book they assisted in finding it, even Manga.

So grateful this business is open to the public during a time where purchasing a book and cuddling up with it and a blanket at home is an option, enjoyment and encouraged more :)

Extremely rude. One employee helping a long line of customers all trying to cash out. I ordered and paid online, thinking I could just run in and pick up. Woman was super rude. Although there were other employees there, none were trying to help anyone.

It was not cool and fresh feeling in there. It was definitely between 77 and 80 degrees in there. Everyone was fanning themselves. I felt a little sweaty walking around in there but yes there are a lot of amazing books.

Labels on top of shelves made looking for a book i was interested in reading really useful and easy to find. Lots of books and board games even has a section in the back for movies which was different from last time I visited, and Starbucks on side. Peaceful environment like a library but cooler lol. Will definitely come back to look at more books.

In-shop dining and coffee, read as you, a great selection of books, music, games, and electronics, and reasonable prices. Its always clean, there is seldom a long wait, and the help are always friendly. A musty old bookstore, this is not.
