We have been Sparkletts customers for over 10 years. We’ve even moved to different cities and continued service with them. Sparkletts tastes great, the pricing is good, the delivery service is dependable, the new website is easy to use, customer service is friendly, and the drivers are always respectful and mindful of where they leave the bottles.
Really disappointed with customer service. Been trying to access account through website and phone for weeks with no luck. On hold for more than an hour and line gets hangs up. Getting error message on online account. Error occurred while logging in. I have not received any water deliveries for weeks with no explanation. My account is on autopay so there should not be a problem with payment.
Great service overall! I have had Sparkletts Water for about 7 years and the service has always been great. I would recommend it to anyone as they have always provided great tasting water that is always delivered on time!
Be prepare to sit on the phone for hours to talk to them. No way to cancel your account without calling in. Sat on hold for 45 minutes to be told they had to transfer me to cancellations and then was hung up on. Second time i was hold over an hour and never got to anyone. Currently on the phone now and have been on hold for an hour. Don’t waste your time.
Delivery guys are good, but hours of wait time to speak with a rep over phone for anything.
Sparkletts water tastes great and the value cant be beat. Its great to have the cool or hot water instantly. If I didnt have Sparkletts then Id still be toting around big packs of water bottles from the store to the house. Inconvenient. With Sparkletts I can fill my water flask before heading out to work or to hike. No mote single serve plastic bottles polluting our planet.
This place has horrible customer service 30+ min wait time to speak with rep. Had bill set on auto pay no problems. Then I get a notice from collections saying my account with sparklets was delinquent? I phoned Sparklets and asked them what the problem was? They told me that my card was denied since October. I asked them what card they had on file and it was the card I have. And have used for my other auto pays for along time. I said “ My account is on auto pay how could this happen”?They quickly blame Amex so I phone Amex and they say they have no payment requests from Sparklets. So I called Sparklets back and waited about another half hour to speak with someone. I explained my situation and was immediately shut down she told me to take up my problems with collections. I told her I don’t think I should have to deal with collections when it was clearly a billing error on their part. Again she just said take it up with collections. I phoned collections and they say they couldn’t help me I would have to take it up with Sparklets. Meanwhile my bill is in collections so I had no option but to pay it fines and all before it effected my credit. Sparklets now known as Primo waters is a horrible company beware!!!!
To date, I have had no issues. I appreciate the professional and friendly service, prompt deliveries, and immediate response to my calls for any repair. Until there is a reason to be dissatisfied, I am happy with Sparkletts.
You want a good product at a great price? Well this is your option. Ive had great service for Sparkletts and my individual driver. Ive never had any billing issues and when I got a defective bottle of water I was replaced immediately. I would recommend this delivery service in a heart beat!!
The Sparkletts service is wonderful. The bottles are reasonably priced, there are no extra plastic bottles in the trash or recycle bin. Delivery is on time. All of the staff I have come in contact with (sales, customer service, delivery person) are professional, courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. I have a hot/cold water dispenser and so, there are no containers taking up extra room in the refrigerator for cold water. When you call, you get a person on the line. Wonderful.

The delivery man told me it was a new dispenser when we started service. It had a lot of water in it. I was suspicious about it being new. I called and found out there is no new dispensers and that it was used. I dont think I want to use someone elses water ...called....and no on takes respinsibility
DO NOT USE, they have problem counting your returns, in the past years of using service, they have never been accurate on bottle returns, on all those time waster on chasing my empty bottle returns, I was finally decide to drop their service and their driver Alex came to pick up the cooler and 8 empty bottles, I asked the driver if he recorded my empty bottles, he says of course already done that, and guess what, it is not credit again. I had called their company 4 times, the first two times rep says they will credit me, then I called them back cause no refund received, on the third time, they said they will send me check after three days, then no check received, and call them today, they said they do not owe me bottles. it is ok, it is just $48, its not much, but this whole ting make me sick, so here it goes, I am going to leave some true feedback on them and hope they feel the worth
I have had Sparkletts Water delivered to my home in Corona for over 20 years. I must give kudos to the delivery person to my address, as there are 14 steps to climb to get to my front door. My water is always waiting for me right outside the door!Believe me, that is a challenge!
Be aware. They put you in collections for missing one payment but not by personal fault by computers fault and now they wanna charge a arm and leg to remove from collextions

My family and I have enjoyed Sparkletts delivery for many years and love the ease of access to both delicious ice-cold water as well as instant hot water for soups, tea and hot chocolate. In nearly 10 years, we have had maybe one delivery issue and that’s a pretty good record.
I have never had a problem with delivery, occasionally I need to call the office with specific questions and they are always willing to help me. When I forget to leave bottles out, they always leave me some, so I dont run out!
We love all the products Sparkletts delivers to our home and our delivery person is extremely helpful in answering all of our questions about the different products. Also, our delivery person is courteous, professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
I have an unusual schedule. I call and order when I have 3 empty bottles, which leaves me one full one. I receive them usually within one or two days after my request. Delivery person is very timely and personable.
Great and consistent delivery of my water. If I need to change my delivery I can do it ahead of time online or if I forget my representative is great at honoring my requests that I leave by note the day of delivery. The only thing I wish I could do is purchase the cooler. As of the last I spoke to the company you have to rent it. Otherwise, I have been happy with their service for over 5 years.
The driver is very nice and comes by early. I love the waters never disappointed.

I love sparkletts delivery. I have clean fresh tasting water and I feel that I am doing a good service reusing the delivery bottles and not creating more waste.
Canceled my service after 4 years. Service has been poor this last year. They kept rescheduling our delivery for a new water dispenser since the last one broke, mind you that they did not notify us of their rescheduling! The third cancelation was the last straw. 6842575 was my first 7 of the account number if you want to look it up.
It is sad that i had to even put one star in order to write a review. Today i waited hours in line to get a 4 pack of toilet paper. I could have brought a pack or gallon of water but I knew my water should be delivered today so I left that for those who are not able to have water delivered. A different deliver person showed up and drop one bottle of water off to my house. I yelled excuse me and instead of addressing me he jumped in the truck and took off. You could tell he heard me. I jumped in my car and followed and honked a couple times waving my hands for him to stop. He didnt until his next delivery at which time he jumped out of the truck and approached me like he wanted to fight me. Mind you I am a female. He throw his hands up and asked me is there a problem like I was another guy he was getting into it with in the street before i could even say hey excuse I ordered more than one bottle of water. He continued to be rude. Long story short you will not be getting you full water supply people. You will get one bottle apparently, and please dont try to explain why you order three or that you have kids who are now home from school because as he told me I dont care, Im not giving you anything but one bottle. He had the nerve to ask me if i had more bottles empty though he had picked up my empty bottles, and had rudely acknowledged that. Bottom line buy water elsewhere and dont be caught off guard by one bottle of water everyone! Cancelling my service, been on hold 1 hour and 7mins and still counting.

I was a new customer and happy to be one when they kept telling me they are going to give me my cooler and never drop it off. The reason that I give them a one star because there of there water, just finished cancelling sparkles water due to not finishing there contract unable to giving me a cooler for 3 weeks when you start something you need to finish it

Its good to see from the reviews here that I am not alone. I am already shopping around for my next delivery service because this has been a complete joke from day one. Im not going to waste any more time telling the entire horrible story here since two people before me have basically told it already and I have wasted all my free time on the phone with them. I am so disappointed and the only reason I havent canceled service yet is because my 9 year old was trying to be environmentally friendly and wanted us to stop buying bottled water. Hoping I can find a company I can count on to set up delivery.
Im happy with my services. Ive had my services for over a year. My delivery guy is awesome. Ive never had to spend all day at home waiting. I leave my bottles outside go to work come home and they are nicely placed by the door. If I happen to be home the driver leaves the new bottles inside my door.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. My company has them so I decided to order service. I ordered the service online and was never contacted to schedule a delivery. I called and was told my delivery was scheduled for today between 8am and 5pm. At about 4:56 I decided to call cause nobody ever showed up. They informed me that the delivery was rescheduled (no one ever notified me) I then asked to speak with the manager, who was very condescending. I would not recommend this service at all. Although the water is good, the customer service leaves much to be desired. It is unfortunate, because I was really looking forward to the service and I was very disappointed and just cancelled my services all together. I will not give my business to any company that does not value my time.
I have been a sparkletts customer for many years. Recently I discovered that my cooler was leakingI called Customer Service and they scheduled a date to replace my cooler. The time frame was 8am to 5pm. Mind you, its the holidays and sitting around all day was not ideal. I took the day off and waited. At 450 I called and was told my ticket was cancelled. They offered to come out the following week but again couldnt give me a window. They offered to call me an hour before they arrived so I could leave work and meet the driver. Really? I live an hour from my office... I was given a second option..put the cooler outside and they would have someone pick it up. Well I wasnt able to get someone to move the cooler so I called back. I explained my frustration and informed them that if I couldnt get my cooler replaced tomorrow I would cancel my service. They lady placed me on hold for about 30 seconds and came back on the line and said she called the route supervisor and left a detailed message (in less than 39 seconds) and that I should receive a call within 24 hours to let me know if they could accommodate my request....and heres the kicker....if they dont call me I can call on Monday and cancel my service!!!I have left a message for the Branch Coordinator Debbie Gravell (not sure of spelling) so if I receive a call back my review will be updated based on how she corrects this.
The water itself is good. The customer service is horrible. They cant actually help you when you call customer service and the delivery guy will go on vacation and leave you with no notice and no water delivery. Our cooler has started leaking and is breaking down. I have asked customer service for a new one and they said they would notify the delivery guy. He then shows up with no replacement and says he will call when he has it in stock. Just like he called me when he was a week late starting our service up and how he didnt call or get a replacement when he went on vacation. Will never go with Sparkletts again.

I like it, get cold and hot water anytime. Before I have to goto supermarket load 40lb case of bottles to the car and bring to the house, before I boiled the water and there was an after taste. Now, using Sparkletts, forget all that, making hot tea or coffee, I dont have to wait for hot water, and fresh cold water. I recommend it. Enjoy. :))
The customer service of this company is the absolute worst. There have been numerous times where Ive had scheduled water deliveries and the water never comes. Noone bothers to call and say what happened or to reschedule. So when I have to waste my time calling them at customer service all they do is apologize and reschedule. They dont even offer you anything for the inconvenience. This company is a joke dont waste your time or money.

I talked to the sparketts guy at costco signed up for water delivery. Never got the email and they never delivered anything when they said they would. When I called sparkletts they said oh we need a week to process the order. I was talked another delivery date. Still nothing when I called again I was told the water dispenser was out of stock. They could get me one and gave me a new delivery date again nothing. I am done dealing with this so I called to cancel the service. I was then told my service was already canceled because they tried to call me and couldnt get ahold of me. They never called me. I never received an email from the company. I missed 2 days of work to be here for the delivery. My advice is to buy the water dispenser on your own. I found some for $150. Its less of a headache.

Worst water company in the world!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! They are unreliable and unorganized. It took two or more weeks for me to finally get my water dispenser. The water dispenser is poor quality and very loud. I live in an apartment building so nothing is more embarrasing than pouring water from the machine, because it sounds like a lawn mower. After I finished the two 5-gallon jugs of water they never delivered my next order. I waited a whole month and the water never came, and changed me a devlivery fee and a bottle when they never even stopped by. They claim the water is supposed to be delivered every two weeks, but that is completely false. When I finally grew tired of the company and wanted to return the equipment they never came to pick it up, which resulted another monthly use charge for a dispenser I dont want or have any water for. Its been two weeks and I am still waiting for the equipment to be picked up. Also, the company obligates you to be in your house from 8am-5pm for water pick-up and refuse to give a more approximate time. Basically you will spend an entire work day at your house waiting for a delivery that will most likely never arrive. Horrible service. If I could give negative stars I would. The company is unorganized and has horrible customer service. Its a shame that they took a good idea and made it a horrible reality.
A while ago I signed up to get Sparkletts water deliver to our house. A Sparkletts employee came to our house to drop off a water cooler. He asked my wife is she wanted to wait for a new water cooler instead of a used one he brought. My wife agreed to wait and we didnt get any water cooler that day. To this day we have not received any water cooler from Sparkletts. Sparketts send us to collections for not paying for water cooler that we never received. I tried explaining the situation but they refused to drop the collection. We are done waiting so now we need to hire a lawyer to fix our credit in order to buy a new house. Im also going to complain to Costco, yelp, Facebook, my congressmen, and BBB.

This is horrible service!!!!. The reviews are very accurate about the terrible customer service. The delivery is unreliable throughout the year. You’ll spend time calling about your deliveries on a regular basis. USER BEWARE. Buy the cooler at Costco (with no water service) and buy your own 3-4 bottles of water at Lowe’s or Home Depot to start. Refill at a refill store or grocery store. We ened up doing this to avoid the on going headache.

I’ve been a costumer for over 3 years and now for the past year the service has been really poor especially when I’ve tried to get special items like coffee drinks and other items like a new water dispenser and new filter hose I’ve asked to speak with a supervisor and have been getting sent to another service representative that doesn’t know what’s going on....

This company is horrible. They didn’t deliver my water order completely on Monday. The branch manager Anthony told my husband I’d get it today between 8 am and 12 pm and no one ever came. Called Anthony twice with voicemail and texted. He completely ignored me. I called the main office twice again told they had until five. Well five comes and all I am told is oh sorry no delivery for you. A big F U to this bs company.
