Amazing customer service! They diagnosed my vehicle and was able to help me with my 05 Jeep Liberty while I was out of town. Also very courteous and friendly service! They provided answers to all of my questions.
We had a warranty issue with an air vacuum problem, when we left, our blinkers, heater, road traction did not work, we were told by manager Tim, (Firestone On Magnolia) and computer tech that they would have to take out our seats and check for electrical problem which may or may not be covered...we instead took our jeep to Moss Motors and they found a plug that had been disconnected in the area they worked on. we paid 150.00 to Moss Motors due to our warranty. i never followed through concerning bthe 150.00 i feel Firestone owes us for Non-Professional standards.
Tim went out of his way on his day off to get me the right size back tires for my mercedes. They didnt have them at this shop & my car originally has 3 tires the same size and one that was different. My car needs 2 front tires the same size and my 2 back tires are a different size. The fact that he took his time on his day off to go get me these tires to help me and make sure I was taken care of is greatly appreciated. Thats true customer service right there. They may have alot of cars or take their time but in the long run its only to ensure your car is taken care of properly. I went to other firestone stores and none of them had my size or oil filter and no cars in the parking lot. I truly appreciate this store & recommend it to anyone. Thank you again!

Often crowded with vehicles, minimal parking space, causes concern for safe entry/exit. Relatively small facility for high traffic location. Vacant facility next door merely taking up space, when more employment and community involvement can be created.

I went to get a new tire since my tire was really bald. I took it to Firestone on Market street and was told I didnt need a tire and that I had 50% left. I didnt feel very confident about not having to get a new one, but they reassured me I did not need one. I left without a new tire and 3 weeks later, my tire pretty much fell apart. Thankfully I didnt have a blowout on the freeway. This is not the first time Ive had a bad experience with Firestone. I switched Firestone locations thinking it would have a different outcome and yet mine and other drivers safety was put in Jeopardy.

I go to Firestone in Upland all the time, one of my favorite places but is far from my house so I decided to try out one a little closer. Very nice mangers and knowledgeable staff. Very clean waiting room. They explained what my car needed and did not try and over sale me on items I did not need. Wait time was a bit long but to be expected due to 2 employees were out because of Covid.
They really take the time with your car and and there very professional on dealing with customers I would definitely send people to them
Came in on a Sunday and thought it would take forever to be helped since we had no appt. We were in and out within an hour. The tech Alfonso caught the issue immediately where other locations didnt. Highly recommend for their honesty and great service. The manager Frank is very helpful as well.

Came to drop off oil was asked to many questions as to why I had so much oil to drop off, when the limit is 5 gallons.He almost sounded like he didnt want to take the oil so i left to autozone. They asked zero questions but when I bought an intestate battery from Firestone they were more then happy to help me, so I shouldve bought the battery from Autozone.
Double check your vehicle prior to leaving the shop. Glad we did, found this scratch on our front bumper. Minor scratch, no big deal. Reported it to Timothy, he tried to BS and say it could have been a rock. If it was, thats the first rock to stick to the car and continue to scratch. He made it seem as if it would be taken care of so I had no problem, mistakes happen. Two weeks later I finally get a response from Firestone, the shop isnt taking responsibility. Wow! Ill make sure that changes. However, for those of you who care for your vehicle. Head to a Firestone that employs trust worthy people. Been doing business with Firestone for years, wont be heading back to this location. Thanks Timothy.

The folks at Firestone are the BEST! Our brothers non-profit organization needed tires for the bus that takes at-risk kids to visit nursing homes in our community. HORRIBLE. First, the manager, Tim, is blatantly dishonest. My son went in with a bubble in the sidewall and needed ONE tire. He was told it would be an hour. I told him to make sure that the tire they replaced matched the one that was damaged. They ordered the tire and got it from the warehouse. Unfortunately, they ordered the wrong tire and didnt say anything to my son until they saw him walking outside to see if the car was up in the air or at least up with a jack. Then all of a sudden the manager thought to inform my son that they had ordered the wrong tire, but that they would give it to him for free. Keep in mind, that at this point, he had already been there THREE HOURS. He missed a class because of their error. Right after I hung up the phone with my son, I called the shop and spoke to Tim, the manager. He told me my the tire was off the car and the new one was getting ready to be installed. Of course, he told me that the replacement tire would be the same size, but I told him emphatically, that it needed to MATCH and he said it did. Evidently, that was a lie, because he had to go and get an actual matching tire and put it on because he still didnt have the right one. That meant that my son now had to wait for another 90 MINUTES!!! This is after Tim personally told me that my son would be moved to the front of the work queue. He was late for his shift at work and I had to meet him there with his work clothes so he wouldnt be even more late. That meant that I couldnt make my appointment on time for my car issue (windshield replacement). What was even worse is that my dad, who is in an assisted living facility in Corona, wasnt able to get the items my son was going to drop off, because he had to get to work. The individuals at the tire shop did not regularly keep my son in the loop regarding what was going on and were TOTALLY DISHONEST in how long it was going to take. They simply kept telling him it would just be another hour and took advantage of him because he was young and did not have enough experience to know better, not to mention he just doesnt like to rock the boat. These guys are LIARS!!!!
Had some warranty work done on my van. Frank, the service manager was exceptional in my opinion. He made sure that repairs were handled expeditiously and that some of the smaller details were fixed. Its rare to find people of his caliber in this world today. Im very pleased with their service.

Ive been here multiple times over about 10 years. I dont use this location for all of my car care needs, but every time Ive been here I feel like I was treated fairly. I feel like the technicians have been honest with me. They have recommended things theyve found, without upselling me more services, parts, or labor if I declined.
Had a door lock repaired on my vehicle and the staff at my local Firestone shop were outstanding. They fixed the lock, did it quickly, and saved me a ton of money. Ill continue to recommend this shop to my friends and co-workers as theyre always able to get the job done right and make it right if theres ever an issue. Great work!All the staff there are friendly and helpful. Theyve consistently finished my car service needs on time or earlier than needed and have gone above and beyond to make sure things are right or are fixed if anything is wrong.The staff always tries to make the repairs I need without wasting money. Ive seen them do the same for others, saving them unnecessary costs. They listen to feedback and input and work well to meet my needs.

At first I was very dissatisfied with my experience. I had an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. Plus I was told I had an electrical issue from a simple light bulb change. I was livid! But I spoke with Frank the manager on site, who was very patient, kind and professional! He took the time out to make sure I left as a satisfied customer. Ive gone here several times always have gotten proper service. Also gotten knowlagble information when Ive been helped here before. My girlfriend comes here too and they never try to cheat her into unnecessary services.
I went into this location in September 2017 to fix an issue with my air conditioner. It would blow hotter air out of the drivers side vents and colder air out of the passenger vents. The Manager said they would take care of me so there would be no stress in the situation. Additionally I had them charge the a/c and change my oil. They said that it needed some sort of fan, which was the reason the a/c wasnt evenly blowing. After leaving my car for a day, I picked it up and was still having issues. I took the car back, they kept it all day and said that it blew cold air all day, and they did not see an issue. I went and picked up my car. I was able to duplicate the issue less than two miles down the road. They told me to take it to a dealer. So here I am, trying to dispute nearly over $800 with the Credit First credit card provided by Firestone for 6 months without interest. Now, I find myself, paying over $400 (just the amount for the a/c, as I am not disputing the oil change and a/c charging) where nothing was fixed. Never will I return to a Firestone. Now, as I try to dispute this, I still have to pay off the debt because Credit First is not Firestone and they are threatening my credit if I dont pay. I consider this fraudulent will ensure Firestone is aware of the dishonest business practices of this location.
Went in for a simple drive belt replacement. I was quoted $140 total out the door. After some time rummaging around under the hood, I was informed that I needed a new fan clutch and the price was suddenly above $460. I had it towed to a friends house and did the work myself the next day. The fan clutch was in excellent condition, there was no reason to replace it. They tried to bilk me for an extra $300+. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

The first time I came here, I drove my car in because it wasnt starting correctly. The guy said he checked everything and it was perfectly fine. Within 20 mins of me leaving. My car wouldnt start and I had to get it towed back to them. They then said that it was my fuel pump and I left it with them for 2 days while they fixed it. 12 hours later my check engine light came on and I called and ask if it was normal. The guy said no and told me to bring it in at 8:30 the next morning. WELL I couldnt even get it in to the facility because my car wont start at all. The technician there wasnt very pleasant and acted as if it was too much to check for other problems when I originally talked to him the first time I went in. The fact that this is my third time and each time my car still wont work makes me concerned with what type of people they have working for them.Im out $600 and now I dont even have funds to take it to another place. PLEASE GET KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE IN YOUR DAMN STORES.

Went in to have car inspected and check engine light checked out. After 2 hours they called me back trying to sell me tires. The tune up wouldve costed 328 dollars. The transmission flush another 200. After declining, I asked how much for only spark plugs. That itself was 180. He told me the plugs were 27 each. Well at Auto zone the same exact plugs were 10. So do some looking around before you agree to any service. When I picked up my car, I realized they were trying to get over 2000 dollars out of me. The gentleman was very nice up until I declined their service and then turned rude.
I’ve been to many Firestone’s for a lifetime alignment and this was by far the worst experience. The sales rep was blunt and uncaring. I was wrongly told there were bolts stripped, missing washers, and incorrectly installed camber bolts. After wasting 3 hours of the day I was even unknowingly ticketed for parking where the rep knew the car was, and didn’t move. I later went to Les Schwab and was told that the bolts were fine, and paid for a legitimate adjustment by courteous professionals.
I take my work Truck and my personal vehicle there for repair. They have good well trained people there . They first go through the whole vehicle and check everything and give you a rundown on some problems so that you know up front what you want to take care of and what you dont but you should when you can and dont wait to long like I did and I broke down. Theyre a little pricey on some work I think. But they do a good clean job.
I went there and did my uber inspection, they want me to buy 4 new tires cause mine were too used. I said no, I took my car to my tire shop and the guy said my tires work fine and I dont need a replacement, Finally I went to another Firestone to get it done no issues
Bought tires for my car here 6months ago where they conveniently overlooked the small cracks in my rims when Im paying over $500 for two tires with the road hazzard warranty. Take my car in today for warranty flat repairs and now they refuse to repair the tires that are covered under the warranty because my rims are cracked. Do not ho to any Firestone locations they are nothing but crooks
This place is good if you hit the sale just right. They also have lifetime alignment which will pay for itself in prolonging your tire life.
I am so thankful I found this place. As a single woman it is scary and intimidating finding auto service I can trust. I drive an older car (97 Miata) and it was giving me problems. Victor at the front and Loni the mechanic were informative, let me know what was a must to do, and what could wait. I am so grateful and will not go anywhere else for my auto needs.

Horrible service took longer then the time they said to do my oil change...they did a complimentary service like checking the tires and ended up letting more air out of my tires and I ended up having to go put air elsewhere...I will never come her again or any other due to the fact this is the 2nd one I went to and both were horrible
Always go here to pick up tires for AutoZone and have gone here before yo deliver car parts to them and to get my tires fixed and changed out for the company vehicles we have at my work :) great place and great people who work here

This place is ridiculous! I made an appointment for 11am today to flush the brake fluid and requested a brake inspection as well. He told me they would call within the hour by noon to let us know if we had to get the brakes done and the car would be done by 1 to 130 with the brake flush. I called at 2 just to be told out service ticket was next and they hadnt even inspected it let alone done the flush. The man told me that the guy who set up the ticket would call within a half hour and this did not happen. Instead my wife called at 3 to be told they just started working on it and the guy was at lunch, they would call us in 20 mins to let us know what they found. At 345 we called again just to be told they finished the inspection right then and still havent even begun working. This place is a joke and whatever managment there should be held accountable for their employees poor communication and time management skills. I will never come back to this location. Idiots.

Avoid at all cost. Will charge you for services not performed or parts you dont need. Got my engine damaged here due to fake inspection and sold me parts I didnt need. Do yourself a favor, go to small mechanic shops, These chain shops are most likely to scam you.

Dont go unless you want absolute headaches. You can tell they have no pride in their work. Uber refers them to do a car inspection but the dont seem to put much effort into helping the customer...even to print out a one page form...some people just need to take simple customers service skills.

Charged me $28.00 for 4 tire pressure monitors on a 2007 Grand Caravan. Problem is, that model does not have TPM. Brought it to the attention of the manager and he said he would call me after contacting his boss. Never did! Watch out folks!

I made an 8am appt at the Market St, Riverside store on a Saturday for an AC check. I was asked what time I needed the car back. I said 2-3 pm. I called at 2:00 because I had not heard anything and was told the car was connected to the AC device they use and they would call back. Im sure that was a lie because I didnt hear back until 4:30. I was quoted $260 to do an evacuation and recharge which included the $39.95 performance check. I told them to forget about it as it was too much money and I felt like I was being taken advantage of, like I was getting charged 2 times for some of the labor. Not only that, but it would have taken them at least another hour to complete the work, making my car 3+ hours later than when I said I needed it. Mind you, I left the car at 8am with an appointment. I used to trust this location and took all my cars there. Not anymore. The trust is gone. Also, I had an oil change done there the week before and they always seem to miss the fact that a vacuum hose from the air cleaner housing pops off when checking the air filter which causes the check engine light to come one. I cant help but wonder if they would have charged me to fix that vacuum leak they caused had I asked them to check to see why the light was on.
