Have been coming here for years. Never paying taxes, and all of sudden I was charged taxes today? When asked why taxes were being charged; the employee Teddy said I scanned it. Again asked why all of sudden taxes are being charged when for years I never had to pay taxes? Employees response Prices when up.Start asking for receipts everyone because this shop does not give receipts. You might be getting over charged!Never again going, they lost me as a customer.

This shop has what you need. The staff are very knowledgeable on the latest vape mods, and are extremely friendly as well. They always give good prices, and if you need what they dont have, they will try their best to get it. Great job guys, I love the mod I bought today, and will be back for sure!

I have been a loyal customer to this shop for a couple years now. They recently had a name change. Purchasing vape pens from this shop has been a bad experience because they always malfunction within a couple months and the employee knowledge on these pens is poor. I continue to purchase from them because the employee Teddy provides great customer service and a young guy who works there provides good customer service too. BUT!!! My latest purchase of the Smok Mico will be my LAST. The reason being is because AGAIN the unit has malfunctioned (it stops working at certain points, it causes my pods to leak, it causes my e-liquid to change colors and give a nasty taste after two days of using a new pod) and instead of replacing it I have been given pods for a discount price to keep replacing every other day. I have had this unit for less than a month. I went a couple days ago and was told because I don’t have the box it came in they wouldn’t be able to do an exchange. No where in their store or on their receipts does it say you have to have the original packaging. So instead I was given a pod that has stopped working after 20 puffs. I went in today to have the unit exchanged and an older man who is an employee there told me he can’t do anything to help me and that I would have to wait until the manager gets back from vacation in two months. I expressed my frustration and he expressed he did not want to help me with this issue. I have purchased the Smok M17 pen, Smok novo pen, and Smok Mico pen from this place. All of them malfunctioned in less than 3 months. If you plan to go here for a good working vape pen please go else where.
