I love my Blue Toyota sienna 2008 with low miles it still running like a champ bought it four years ago thanks Cortez auto!!

Best place ever actually gave me and my family a free car not even a big car manufactor can do that

They allow a towing company by the name of Beyond towing to rob people of their cars. They have no policy that says you can get your car back if you have a medical reason for it to be sitting. They had no right to town based on them assuming it was abandoned. Our rental policy says that the manager has to tag it for it to be towed and they didnt the towing company just took it anyway. If we dont pay them we dont get it back. They are crooks and will try to find a legal way to keep you car to sell it for parts. They gave cards to my apartment manager with numbers that no longer work. The only way we found the right number is to drive to 604 W. 40th st in San Bernardino because that was closer to my house. The office they claimed to have there looked abandoned the suite letter which was B was painted over. And they had a small bent metal plate with info on it. The picture below is the place in Riverside off Mission Blvd. Closer to Jurupa Valley off the 60. I have video of them as well.

I am Furious I bought a car from here and cashed out 4000 with them and the transmission was bad the whole time... I hope they close down I am so mad at myself for not seeing these reviews before I went there

I bought a car six months ago and at the beginning the car was running good but two months ago started to check engine and failsafe mode and the car wasnt running good even that the cost of car was almost six thousand dollars so I didnt pay everything and I told the owner and he say that he can fix the problem but he was going to charge me $300 more to the bill just to fix the car when he know that the car wasnt good when he sell it to me so I return the car I lost part of my money but dont go to buy cars with him he just still money with cars that there are not in good conditions

Ive gotten 2 cars from him and gave them both right back . these people are not good people and do not sell good carsDO NOT GO HERE CARS ARE PRICED WAY MORE THAN THEY ARE WORTH. TERRIBLE PLACE

The worst I have come by. He never informed me the car I got had 10 safety recalls on it. The main one was the engine catching fire in which oil was leaking from motor and caused a small engine fire with my daughter in the back seat at a gas station. When I ask if he was aware of the recalls he told me its not his personal car y would he know.than decided he was gonna call my car as a repo even thou he has it cause he told me to take it to him so he could fix the oil leaking issue. He wont get away with this.

They are a front for a towing scam, above and beyond towing

Stole our car at midnight saying handicapped placard not visible. Lies lies lies. 346.00 for nothing. You guys are thieves and need to be shut down. Towed us from Fontana to Riverside. Wth you out here for anyway. We thought the car was being stolen by real car thieves so lucky for you they didnt catch you in time. But someone will catch you. Will be taking Cortez to court.

Idk why these customers are acting like they purchased brand new cars. When Mr. Cortez promises clearly, this is a used vehicle. Its up to you, THE CONSUMER. THE CUSTOMER, to have your personal mechanic look at it before you buy it.

Over charging needs to get shut down
