Are no stars possible? Let me start off by saying the following:The store manger Cynthia, should not be a store manager and should be demoted as soon as possible. Not only was she lazy and on her phone while assisting me, she did not care to address my needs and wanted to make a sell instead. On top of that, none of the other employees know what they are doing. Like it is insane to believe how unprofessional and unacknowledged these people are.If you come into this store, be prepared to deal with unprofessional and commission based salesman who only care about their wallets. The store will improve when the store manager is no longer there. I said what i said

Our experience with this storefront, specifically with Nick, was a very pleasant surprise! He was very attentive and patient. He really went the extra mile to make sure our needs were taking care of! Im not a particularly tech-savvy person and he was just very efficient, thorough and respectful! it took a while to get everything transferred from my old phone to my new one. Although we were all socially distanced, I could see that he, and the other staff there, all treated the customers like we were very important and valuable. We never felt pressured to buy anything and it was just an excellent experience! If I ever need to physically go to a store, Id go out of my way to go to this in-particular one because we were treated so well!!

This location has great service! They helped me get a phone I needed quickly to fit my needs. I had to pop in 3 different times because of my schedule but always cheerful workers and ready to help.

We went into the store because we had to get new SIM cards, just to find out that Sprint was not contacted to unlock are phones. After several attempts to speak with a T Mobile terror, Van really helped us out. I really appreciate him and his support.

The people at this location were very professional, courteous and friendly. Aaron our customer service rep was the best. He went above and beyond to help us. He searched other locations to find the phone we wanted and drove to a nearby location one city away and brought it back this location saving us from having to drive all over the place. He set up the phones we purchased saving us from all of the stress and confusion of having to do it by ourselves. He couldnt have been more helpful or done anymore to make sure that we were satisfied and had everything we needed. It was actually the easiest and less painful experience of having to dole out hundreds of dollars ever. And Tali the store Manager was very courteous and helpful also. She was there to help us with anything also. She didnt micromanage, yet was always nearby to help her employees had the need arose. It is in no way surprising that her employees were as sharp, courteous and knowledgeable as they were. We were completely pleased and satisfied with our entire Verizon experience. We shall definitely be recommending this Verizon location to any of our friends and connections who need or desire a change in or with their cellular phone carriers or service.

The sales people seemed really nice. I went in with knowing I wanted a new phone. I also ended up purchasing the hum for my husbands car. I was told since I was spending well over 1,000 dollars that they would throw in the case and the screen protector. My phone took forever to transfer everything and wasnt done when the store was closing up. I went home with no phone and had to come back again the next day. I should have looked at reviews before going to the store. After reading some of the reviews, I double checked my bill and sure enough they didnt throw in anything. I paid for the case and screen protector. The next day when I arrived to get my phone I brought my receipt and asked the sales guy. He then tells me that they cant. They are not a corporate store. I was very upset. Do not tell people that you are throwing in anything then!!!!!! I will never return to this store ever again. As nice as pie and tell you what you want to hear but lies.

Peter Miron was extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. He spent lots of time going over my plan to help me save a few dollars while increasing the enjoyment of my new phone and accessories. In my opinion this is the type of person that any company would be fortunate to have their organization. I have no doubt that he will move up rapidly with Verizon. He would be the ideal person to use as an example when training new associates. I dont recommend people very often, but if I hear of anyone looking for a phone I will definitely tell them to speak to Peter Morin.

The first time I went in, the girl that helped me out was very helpful. No complaints. The second time, however, a different girl, couldnt explain to me details on the new contract and wanted me to purchase other devices but wasnt very good at explaining them. So I went to upgrade phone. She said she would throw in a free case, I was excited. Too excited to double check bill. I get home, I look through the bill, and see she charged $25 for a case, $18 for a car charger I didnt need and only took $15 off. Very dishonest. Will not come to a place I cant trust.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a brand new phone which was immediately defective, went in THREE times thereafter to have the issues resolved each time they tried a software update which was unsuccessful. I come in to have returned and replaced, thinking I have been more than accommodating by trying their attempted solutions only to have them say the brand new phone could not be returned as it was outside of their return period. So let me get this straight; I buy a BRAND NEW phone for several hundred, its immediately defective, you run us around in circles for 6 weeks and now say theres nothing you can do about it? Instead they said I would have to contact the warranty department for which I would need to pay an additional amount and receive a REFURBISHED phone... No thank you. I cancelled both my personal and business account. Terrible service

Sales rep presented me with a tablet and told me it was free. So has I reviewed the particular payment schedule before leaving I inquired about the additional $20 dollar monthly fee for the tablet service. I asked so if I dont want the tablet the $20 dollar fee comes off my bill? Sales Rep replied yes it does. I also had to wait several hours for a manger to approve the $1200 purchase I was making because the guy who opened the store wasnt authorized to. Shady Cats and I would never purchase anything from this store.

Back in November 2015, Cain was the guy that tricked me into geyting a free phone since my phone was stolen the night before. According to him it would take 2 weeks to get another one (insurance takes top 2 days). He threw in a case, extra charger n a screen protector. According to managment, he was going to look into it and here we are July 2016 and still paying for 2 devices.
