It was a nice shop, you could see when walking in that they prioritize the big fruit basket arrangements, which looked absolutely lovely. The customer service was very nice. I had a smoothie which was fresh and delicious. I think they cater more towards the fruit basket arrangements so if that’s something you’re looking for then definitely try this place out.

Really dont understand how they can remain in business- Totally unhelpful on the phone- say they will not consider the times a business is closed when delivering-- like the lunch hour. That is ludicrous. Was going to place a $100 order- FORGET IT- I can go buy something and deliver it myself.this place is a joke and dont even know the items they have on their own website- good luck surviving - only those with exceptional customer service have a chance in these difficult times.

Id give 6 stars if I could! I ordered an arrangement online for Fathers Day... Being the procrastinator that I am, I ordered on Friday before fathers day and was elated to discover they could deliver the next day. All good right? Well I live out of the state and, unbeknownst to me, my Dad had moved to another address in town. Danielle, the fantastic Edible Arrangements driver, called on Saturday to let me know he was no longer living at that address. She tried to call and text the number I had given them, but hadnt gotten a response. As I hurriedly tried to contact my Dad (pick up, Dad!) Danielle called back to say she had gotten the new address from the current home owners and was heading there to try it, THEN called again to let me know the new attempt was successful. All in time for Fathers Day, thanks to super sleuth and driver extraordinaire, Danielle. Thank you so much for going the extra mile to make my delivery!

I should have earned my lesson from first time I had a bad experience with this store. But I gave them a second chance. And another worst experience ever. First it was valentines day now my wifes birthday. Its so ridiculous how they can offer same day delivery on the same order but cant meet the demand. I called the store and complained and all they say is sorry for the inconvenience. Dont offer a service if you cant meet the demand. Because it can ruin peoples life charishing moments, memories and occasions.Will never ever ever order from Edible Arrangements ever again.

I ordered an arrangement in April for my grandmothers birthday. She was so tickled!! I recently ordered one for my aunt and the manager was so accommodating. I will definitely continue to use them to bring a little ray of sunshine to my west coast family. Thank You ;)

Riverside edible arrangements is the best customer service and the courtesy was great the delivery was on time I had no problem with any of them players and it was awesome having fresh fruit fresh chocolate dipped strawberries was the best

This is by far the best Edible Arrangements store. The fruit is fresh, arrangements are as pictured and staff is on point. Been ordering for years and always have good experiences. If you have specific delivery times, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO CALL TO PlACE ORDER. The ladies can tell you if the delivery time will work or not. They are good about giving average delivery times and updates. After some horrible experiences at other locations, I only order from this one.

Fresh fruit with candy topping always hits the spot! They serve shakes made with fruit as well. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be going back.

I loved my Valentine’s Day arrangement!!! It’s tasted perfectly and although I didn’t get it until later on in the day I understand how hectic it could be especially with this crazy rain. Thank you guys

I picked up my order, later to find out I was missing an arrangement. I reached for my phone and to my surprise there was a voice mail with a very apologetic message from the clerk that helped me. All was well in the end, after all it was Mothers Day and very busy. The ladies in the front kept cool under pressure.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This Riverside location Edible arrangement is horrible, they never delivered, when I called to see what happened, they said they sold it to someone else. I asked to speak with the manager/owner Angela she would not come to the phone, left a message never called me back. Next day I called to speak with another manager/also owner Silvia, she was too busy to come to the phone. Staff member Offered to have delivery for 3 days later after Valentines, with only delivery credit. Will not ever use this location again, very messy & unorganized

Oh my goodness! No one loves an edible fruit bouquet more than me. I was able to purchase an individual cup of chocolate dipped fruit.....thee best ever!

Service sucked at this location. Not a good selection in the freezer. There were only two baskets to choose from. The cashier wanted my mailing address for marketing purposes, which I refused. However, she in turn asked if I wanted to save $5.00 but needed my email address. After obtaining email address and ringing up my order, I was told, Im sorry, your order doesnt qualify. I love Edible Arrangements, however, I would not recommend this location, and advised cashier my experience was the worst.

Worst place every. Decided to do something different for my mom and get her an arrangement. Was told it would be ready by 1pm. Got here and was told it’s almost done, thirty minutes later was told it would be 30 minutes and so on and so forth. 5 hours later and it’s still not even close to being ready, the staff is a mess and not on the same page then complained that the computers were down. Asked for a refund then was given the runaround for an hour. When the manager finally came to the front after an hour she said the staff never informed her. Still waiting for a refund the staff kept trying to convince me to wait longer. Definitely will not be coming back worst service ever!

Placed my order at 9 am tried to make a special moment for wife and daughters because they start school and this place prioritizes other businesses before taking a smaller order now my wife and kids will not see the arrangement. Please don’t allow these people to make fools out of a special moment

Gave specific instructions to deliver by a certain time before my girlfriend went to work, they failed. Tried calling all day to check the status of my order and couldn’t get through once. I paid a lot of money for my order and feel that the customer service was horrible with regards to how much I spent. Never again...

I loved it this place I bought an arrangement for my mom she love it the service is excellent, great people!!!!

I went in December 9 & Got there 15 minutes before closing and they wasted my time and took all my information then told us we could come back tomorrow because they had already put everything away. When I worked at a business like this I was scheduled to work 30 min after closing (to put everything away and clean) because we are open until a certain time to serve. We were never allowed to turn a customer away before closing time.

Good customer service, nice to have this locally to save on delivery. Support your local shops.
