Was told they open at 11am. Your website says, 11am.as well. And yet they are still closed atv1116am right now. The lady inside then told me they dont open til 12. I only need to pick up my on hold items but cant help me with that.

Great selection of kids casual clothes. Affordable, fun, comfortable and well made. They have fairy like clothing and cute tutus and sparkly ballet flats. My daughter loves their comfortable loose pants.

Was shopping in here yesterday and was never acknowledged. My friend and I found a couple of things we were interested in, but couldn’t reach and there was no around to help us so we left. The store was dead, and they didn’t have any good deals, I wouldn’t return to this location. Poor customer service

I love cotton on but this specific store has bad costumer service. In addition, they charged me TWICE the price for 1 shirt. They told me to wait a few days because it didnt go through. I checked my account 2 weeks after and bith payments were taken out of my bank account.

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I purchased items online and went into the store to return them. The store manager told me they only do exchanges for online purchases. I showed her the online receipt where it states that they do in fact do online returns. She then pointed out I purchase items on promotion and accessories which are all final sale. First I totally understand having a return policy for items purchased in store but when I buy something online I should have the opportunity to return it. I wasnt able to see how cheaply made the beach towel was before I purchased it as well as all the white button ups were see through and even a white tank underneath looked awkward. The manager was extremely rude and kept pointing at the return policy sign that was basically hidden behind a bunch of clothes. She then told me I needed to leave, I asked for her name and she told me no and then told her employees over the walkie talkies not to tell me anyone names in the store. I asked for a District manager and she said absolutely not our DMs dont handle customer complaints she gave me a customer service line to call. I called the customer service line which immediately went to voice mail saying I called after they were closed. The voice mail said they closed 5:30 pm (didnt state eastern standard time) either way it wasnt 5:30 on the east coast or west coast so I figured someone would answer. I never heard back from anyone. So I take it that cotton on lets employees behave anyway they would like. This experience reminds me why I usually spend the extra cash and shop at Nordstroms.

Tshirt I bought didnt even last one wash on low heat. Graphic got all cracked and is starting to peel.
