Went to return a pair for a friend and wasn’t able to return them because they had been worn. Instead of telling me nicely this employee gave me an attitude and raised her voice. Horrible customer service, go someplace else !

Called to have some boots placed on hold, was told that they would hold them all day till closing time, call 3 hours before closing to let them know I was on my way to pick them up and the girl said they had already sold them, wth?? NOT COOL, will never spend money there, bad customer service!
