They have great personalities his name is Darrell R. He owns the computer shop name Canyon Crest Town Center.

He is fast, courteous, complete and a very good value. He is a 5 star performer.

The lead technician (which I believe is the owner) charged me $29 for a computer diagnostic. This is quite pricey and I was willing to pay it to support a non big tech repair store. However my computer was diagnosed with multiple faulty keys and a busted USB; this diagnostic turned out to be COMPLETELY WRONG. As soon as I got home I rebooted my computer and it worked fine. I have emailed them about a refund and have yet to receive a response. This lack in customer service is dreadful to say the least. Will not recommend or come back here for the rest of my time in Riverside.

My PC stopped turning on one day. I looked for a repair place and found this place. The flexibility in hours was a major convenience. I took my PC to Darryl and he found out the problem within 1 hour. Great service and friendly guy.

Darryl is a good guy. I brought in my laptop to him on a Sunday. He had me in and out in an hour. He is a man of his word. His location is a bit hard to find, Call for directions.

I dropped my laptop off because there is an unknown issue causing bad performance. the following day they called me claiming they made “tweaks” to make it run faster. I got home the computer ran worse then it did so I made several calls to ask them if I can bring it back and they did not answer any of my calls. Or get back to me. I’d recommend not to take your pc to this shop.

Helped me with an embarrassing problem. I had just built my first gaming pc and was having trouble getting the video to show on screen. I was using the motherboards HDMI versus the graphics card HDMI. They helped me figure this out in less than 5 secs. Thank you guys for your time!

Beware !!! . A Technican came out and worked on my computer quite a while. He kept telling me all the things That were on my machine were malware, and removerd them. Doing and suggesting anything, and everything, BUT Doing what I had him come there for. Finally somehow showing me the files that had been Deleated from it as Recoverd. He then assured me that I would have NO TROUBLE with them in the Future, and my computer was SAFE From Everything .I Paid him, he gave me no reciept, then Left turning my computer off. The Next Morning Not only were The Files not available to Me, but my computer was not even working as well as it was Before, and now I had no way to remove the stuff that was causing the Trouble. JT
