This place is great! Service is awesome and all the girls there are friendly and efficient. Beats going to the post office or any other shipping center. P.s. mask or not who cares its a free country!A prefect one stop shop for shipping and receiving.

I have had the pleasure of doing business here for numerous years. The new owner and the staff are awesome. They are always cheerful and helpful. Its nice to see people working who are genuine and not phony. I rate their customer service a 10. I will continue to utilize their services.

Everyone there is really nice and friendly. They don’t wear masks, one time I went in and the lady was wearing a mesh see through mask.

I cannot believe that with the COVID-19 pandemic still raging, and the second wave starting, the people working here are consistently maskless. There is no sign on the door telling people to wear masks before entering. You are exposed to people all day long. You may be positive or incubating and asymptomatic. Masks are to protect other people (like your customers and their families). This is irresponsible and not how a good neighbor behaves in these difficult and dangerous times.

Since moving to woodcrest 8 years ago, this has been my go to post office to for all mailing needs. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Thanks for being here girls!

Like a previous reviewer mentioned, no masks worn by workers or other customers. Also, one worker was bragging to a customer that she was basically making a big profit by doing last minute notaries (therefore over charging) for families of patients who were close to dying of COVID. Her gain because of their personal loss and she’s bragging 🤦🏼‍♀️

Wonderful family owned left some important documents in copier didnt realize it for about a week later called n went there all my documents with drivers license n social security card to be nice and secure inside envelope waiting for me to pick up thank you Happy Holidays

I do not mail out many things and i typically buy the forever stamp so there is no mistake. Well sent someone up to this place to get me two stamps, they come back with four 50 cent stamps. Im mailing two Christmas cards and the person told the cashier, who was on the phone, what i needed. My only problem with this transaction is that the person had all the information and a machine that prints out stamps, NOT FOREVER STAMPS. Why would this person sell me four stamps at 50 cents rather than two at 55 cent? For me its just another location that like taking advantage of locals. Their P.O. boxes are overpriced and now so is their postage. Im sure this is fine with most people but me I am tired of being TAXED every time I buy something. Sometimes its the man taking his cut other times it seem to be the greedy fools. Ill be going up the street to the more honest competition from now on. Thank Goodness For Orangecrest ;)

I moved my mail service to S&RM after having a credit card stolen from my rural box. Charlene and crew are the most helpful people around. The price is right and service is great. Ive used other mailbox stores before and hated the impersonal service. I always try to patronize local community merchants. 5 BIG Stars!!
