First time on this place appt was on 7/19 at 3 am show up 7/18 at 4pm I park on the street at 2 am I go and check inn at 2:30 they give me door 35 by 6 am I was empty at 6:30 they give me my paper work. They got 3 portable restrooms by door 24

Omg our appointment time to Deliver Live load was at 4pm got here early waited till 4 waited 4 hours after they kept us waiting another 3 hours for paperwork no way were no workers1🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶

Frozen load. 1700 appointment. Arrived 1600. 2nd in line. Take your truck license plate number with u 2 guard shack. Straight in to door. 4.25 hours to unload but had over 50 different products.

Worst place you can think of in the whole California. I wonder how come no senior official at this facility looked at their rating compared to other food DC. You should be shamed of yourself and resign from your post. Checked in at 5pm for 6pm appointment and got door right away for 5 pallets of Cartons (Dry load) partial load and now it’s 9:15 pm and still no sign of unloading so imagine when will I get my paperwork? I will leave this to the management officials to answer. If time is money to company like you than it’s apply to all of us. “Morons” . Ridiculous and waste of time.

This place is as horrendous as the reviews describe. Been here for 6 hours now and they say I’m not even halfway unloaded yet. I feel the forklift come every 20/25 minutes. How does this place stay in business???????

Very fast for dry loads, very polite and respectful employees

This place gets you in a door pretty quick but the offloading time especially if your delivering chocolate takes anywhere in between 3-6 hours. As far as I seen no vending machines so bring snacks or food.

I checked in around 7am with a 8am appointment when I had arrived I was approached by a guard his name was David. He had told me that my appointment was for 1 pm and said if something becomes available earlier he would let me know. I waited about 2 hours and gave the guard shack a ring. I explained my situation to him that I had another load to be picked. Knowing that was not his concern he called the front and they ended up granting me a door thank you David for making my experience here great!

Looking to all the reviews i was pretty stressed out that they might take a while but i guess it was my lucky day today. Appointment at 8PM and checked in at 7PM and out at 10PM. Easy access to the docks. No on site parking after you deliver but they say you can park on the street.

90percent of the times Ive delivered here have been 6+ hrs to deliver a partial load. Thats with an appointment. The other 10percent have been miracles of 3hrs. Pack a lunch, take a nap, youll most likely be here for a while...

Kroger ralph riverside ca. Always says we behind our schedule .they no let you check in before even 5 minute before and unloading time more then 12hrs. Bad news no restroom for drivers. Think before you booked a load for kroger👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Held up here almost every time. Last time 15 hrs. At the time of this review, I checked in 15 min before my appointment time. Was told there was no room left on the lot and to park on the street and wait for a call? That was 3.5 hrs ago...Update: 12 hrs and still no door. A place to come when you need a full 34 hr reset. THIS PLACE SUKS!!!!

I will never come again. I checked in at at 6 pm yesterday and still there, it’s 3:15 pm. I got door at midnight, still at door @ 3:15 pm. No food service. Even they don’t have good restrooms. They have only just one word, “ stay in your truck “

All the comments are true, I checked at 05:00 AM for 06:00 AM app, they gave me door right away. Started unloading at 11:00 AM, its 13:00 and still not unloaded. Lost my next load, never coming back here.Dirty portable restrooms, and nothing to eat.

This place is horrible. 45+ minutes waiting behind a long line of trucks just to get in. Relatively fast unload, but hours to receive paperwork. After electronic log is exhausted....no parking allowed on Kroger property, and commercial vehicle parking prohibited throughout the industrial park.

You can have your 34 or more hours restart here

Have been here twice. They are friendly and efficient. You can come in an hour early for your appt. The best part though is their awesome cafeteria!! It is open 24/7 and your food is made to order!! Bought food for 2 people and the total was 10 bucks! Dont know how pictures are getting on here...they DO NOT want you having your cell phone on the docks. Also, they are very strict about safety vests, so have it on when you check in..or you will be sent back to your truck to get it.

Typical distribution center. Some fast in and out days some slow. Strict on appointment times.Best kept secret is there a fast food stand inside that is open to all. Burgers, sandwiches and breakfast 24hrs.

Such mean staffs in the check-in office. Those ladies are so rude. Bring your safety vest with “reflect stripes “otherwise they let you get out of the yard with no sympathy. I could be ok if they asked me to do so nicely. They behaved like they were the judgers.

This Warehouse is a grocery warehouse dedicated to the grocery chain that operates Ralphs and the Food 4 Less grocery that are in Southern California. they are open 24 hours but the only accept deliveries on with appointment only and make sure you have a safety vest when you come in there because you will not let you into the warehouse if you do not possess the safety vest.

It sucks 😡..they are holding each truck for more than 15 plus hours to finish unloading.dont go there or you will feel sorry for yourself.

Plenty of room to maneuver a tractor trailer, DO NOT be in a hurry when coming here. THIS place is sooooo much better than their dump in Compton.

Spacious place. What truckers would dream of. Enough room to maneuver a tractor trailer. I wish everyone would design a distribution center like this.

This place is a pleasure to bring freight to. They respect the drivers time, all the staff was very nice and friendly. This is a very clean facility as well.

Rude guard fat and old 4.6ft height leady, she show up likes wild animals behavior, Place is better timely unloading . But need to teach for guard how to talk to other . I know that’s why she is on this position . There is mandatory reflecting vest to get load or unloading.

Horribly place....you have to make sure you have your license a vest and shoes ...if not you cant be seen. When you get to recieving you cant go thru till someone opens the door and when you finally get thru no one even helps youre just standing there looking dumb for 15 mins till they decide to see you standing there

The lady named Tiffany Wilson in recieving was the most unpleasant, rude person I have ever dealt with in all my years of trucking. She was intentionally confrontational and made the whole experience terrible. I will be calling the supervisor in the morning.

Very rude and unprofessional the first time they called and yelled at me for their mess up I deliver there today they woke me up out of a sleep to tell me I was empty and to go park elsewhere when in fact they havent even got inside my trailer yet to start unloading me but they do have overnight parking outside their facility on the street

0700 appt checked in at 0630 got door unldd by 0738 wait for paper work out by 0900 not too bad but only had 2 pallets

A work location, where everyone is working hard and safe

I delivered there, with a 11 PM appointment, checked in at 10 PM was leaving at midnight! I didnt have a full53 trailer for them to unload, only a partial.
