My very 1st visit was great after that it went down hill. They are very rude, don’t care about patients needs and don’t EVER RETURN CALLS. They lie and say item is order and you call 60 days later to find out they screwed up the paperwork and leave you hanging without helping in anyway. If possible GO ELSEWHERE. Save yourself the time.

My doctor sent me here to get my diabetic shoes. They have the biggest selection of diabetic shoes around. They had a selection of diabetic shoes that I have never seen before. The guy that helped was very knowledgeable. Alcam is the place to go for your shoes.

I got a call from my daughters doctor they said my daughter was approved fora boot for her foot gave Alcams number and I called they said they couldnt find the approval so I suggested that I could call the the doctor and get the authorization number they said that was good. I called back and they didnt want authorization number. They wouldnt even check to see if the approval went through. They were very rude I got mad. They told me that even though I had the authorization number that it wouldnt make a difference because it probably wasnt in there system. But they would not even check. They ended up calling me about 10 minutes later telling me they had the authorization number and the approval. Which infuriated me even more. They could have just checked.

My friend came in there yesterday and asked me if I could do a review on his behalf. My friend wanted to say that Frank went above and beyond the call in help, he helped my friend with special attachment to help the tongue of his shoes attach properly and wanted me to say thank you on his behalf so Thank You.

There isnt a lower rating otherwise I would give them that. Since August 1 2017 I have been dealing with the incompetence of this place and now was just told today November 9, 2017 after I requested an adjustment or new orthotics on the orthotics I waited for over a month an a half for because of their incompetence that they will do nothing more to fix their mistake. I have been in pain for two months now because of them being made wrong and having to suffer a swollen ankle and sciatic/back pain because of them. I have gone back twice for adjustments that did more harm than good. And now because the adjustments are SO off the new orthotics are already breaking down and coming apart. Never would I ever recommend them to anyone!!

I love coming to Alcam to get my braces. Guys you just ROCK!!
