Waited for the store to open. I even called no answer so I walked to helzberg an was helped by a heather fekay an purchased a beautiful rose gold diamond engagement ring. I showed her pics of rings i liked she helped me fall in love. Sad kay wouldnt even open on time.

Damien Ceraulo was so awesome. He took his time with us and was so professional. We are so happy with our set of rings.

Although I did not purchase an item this day but the host sandy was very helpful and made me feel welcome. I did not feel rushed, I would recommend this store to the conscious of quality consumer.

I would recommend seeing Katie or Damien. They are so nice and helpful! They never pressure me and will still spend time with me. Unlike the other stores who look at me and my fiance as if we cant afford anything. We ONLY purchase from Katie and Damien at the Tyler location.

If you’re looking for a great sales lady see Katie she’s the best very helpful. All these people are leaving bad reviews if they were so bad why buy from them !? Obviously they are doing something right. I have been here many times always have a great experience. This place isn’t a cheap place if you don’t have the money then don’t be upset when you can’t leave with something.

Very rude and poor customer service .. my husband and I took my ring to get its 6 month inspection and she asked us several questions about where the ring was purchased etc, I never have been asked all these questions, I felt like she was stereotyping my husband because hes African American, everytime she asked me a question about the ring she would look at him in a weird way, she then pulled up a ring that was not mine and asked if we were sure we bought the ring from them ... and after we walked out my 6 year old told me that the lady shook her head at us as we walked out.. we will never purchase from that location..

Watch out on returns, and keep your receipt. Store manager will give you the run around and tell you to call corporate, who will then call him so that he can tell them to deny the return. Much like my purchase, I will not be returning either. Spend your money elsewhere.
