This is a very nice store, so many different items, everything from Patio furniture two kitchen ware, they also have tons of snacks and more too many items to mention. Buy local, shop local, spend local.

The Riverside Big Lots is a really clean location, theyve done a good job with a displays so its easy to find everything and lately they just have wonderful things. Real good quality and attractive home decor, all the kitchen utility items are terrific and its a lot of fun to come through and just find a huge variety of items for your home and food products as well. Everything is such a good price and very attractive so I have a lot of fun here. When you get to the counter and you pay a third of what it would cost at Bed Bath & Beyond or even less, that just makes it all the more terrific.

Big Lots is still a good place to check out for low prices, but the Big Lots stores in my area are no longer my go-to places for the quality products, product availability, good values, and customer service that used to be their hallmarks.

Nice clean space. There werent a lot of people when I went in the afternoon. I actually went looking for hot dog bread but didnt find any and ended up buying sanitary wipes, soda and marshmallows. I dont think they sell bread.

Big lots carries a variety of goods from household, decoration, furniture, garden, cleaning, home maintenance, food and drinks. They keep up on seasonal products and holiday decor. Ive used products from cubby shelves and pictures to organize my home. Gettin in and out was faster than Target . thanks

Bought twin 10 inch memory foam mattress, sheets and pillows for tractor, long haul. Best investment for sleep that I ever made. Clean and tidy store. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Looking for a seasonal item advertised on their email they sent to me.Went to my local store where they had not received the item. They recommended to go to a larger store which of course was farther away.The next day I had to be near the larger store so I chose to go look there...no luck.Decided to give it one more shot on the 3rd store on my way home..walked in, found the sign,then was heart broken to find the only sign they had, the easel portion was broken.The manager did offer a 10% discount and I really liked this sign so I accepted her offer and took the sign home

This place was a disaster when me and my wife pulled up to it in the parking lot. First off the parking is scary looking at night. It’s so DARK any one would be scared to walk around at night with their kids. Then I walked in and witnessed the aftermath of a ship wreck. This place was dirty from the shelfs to the floors. The employees didn’t care bc no one was picking up and thing. BEWARE, some ideas are open, foods etc etc. This place is not clean and in need of a remodel and new employees. The employees say a lot about the manger and perhaps the share holders. They just don’t care about the customer experience nor these reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNKYARD!!!!!

Store is never stocked! Very dirty always a mess. Only one sometimrs two cashiers. I will be going somewhere else for my essentials..use to love big lots. It has gone downhill.😢

I love big lots. Great prices. I went to the location off of tyler street in riverside. Very friendly store associates. They ran out of shopping carts. I had a track a customer down for one. As there were none in the parking lot either. I think this store is very clean however in need of organization skills. Your Christmas paper plates and napkins were in two separate spots.. had I not looked further I would not have found the pattern I wanted.

Not good. An item I had called about many times over many weeks. Including this morning. I found had a sold tag written on it. I made a special trip to get this large item. EVERYONE walked around with blank faces. I had even contacted Broyhill back East & Big Lots Corporate offices. Did NOT get me what I wanted. This pandemic has employees lost!

I only went looking for one thing which they didnt have. But their kitchen selection was better then most places I have been to. Its a really good place to shop when on a budget. One of the employees went above and beyond trying to help me find what I was looking for. When she realize they didnt have any she suggested other places.

Store was stocked very well, good selections. Got what I wanted and more, of courseLots of yummy food items that you dont see anywhere else. Manager gave me a good discount on an Igloo cooler that was missing its handle. Its going to stay in my car so I dont mind.

This store has always been the same business, before Big Lots -- Pick & Save. The location is good as it is also next to Bed Bath & Beyond, Staples and Aaron Brothers. This is a slightly larger store so their selection is slightly bigger.The holiday decorations are great, but buy them as fast as you can, many times I went back and they were sold out.

I enjoy shopping at Big Lots whenever I have money. I like when the store has 20 percent off days. I usually get all my paper goods there ( paper plates, paper towels, napkins, tissues and so much more.) Happy Shopping!

This is a new Big Lots. Everything is clean with no signs of wear. Very nice. I wish this was the Big Lots near me.

I dont normally like to review stores, but i came out very upset Jessica is the manager at this location she has really bad customer service did not even try to help me when i was trying to buy furniture. I like big lots, but this will be the last time i even enter this location.

When I come here I never leave with just a candle, or toilet paper, or gardening tools, or auto supplies, cellphone accessories, tape, DVDs, As Seen On TV items, dog food, toys or leashes, paper plates, Christmas bags, boxes, bows, gifts, lotion, deodorant or patio chairs, or beach equipment, or pictures, frames or cleaning supplies, detergent or a toaster, blender, iron, snacks, or milk, sheets, blankets or towels....ok you get it! You wont walk out with just one thing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is stocked, well lit and comfortable to shop around in.

This store deserves NO stars. I ordered some Christmas lights online and waited until I got the notification go pick up my order. Instead I got a cancellation email. I went to the store to see if they still had some in stock and sure enough they did. I got up to the cashier and requested to speak to the manager. Her response was Im not sure why it was cancelled and gave no customer service for the inconvenience. I WILL never shop at this store nor recommend it to anyone. Beware of the poor management.

Spring has sprung at Big Lots, I found outside ornamentals for my backyard. So cute ! Only 1 cashier had to wait to checkout for a few minutes but oh well ☺

They didnt have what I came for but they do have a lot of cool things for Halloween and Christmas.

I was looking for some acrylic food containers and they did not have the shape I needed but the staff was really helpful trying to find me something that would work. They went out of their way to try and find something. Very helpful staff.

Each time I shop here it is always pleasant! Extremely clean & organized. The employees always friendly & helpful. As it happens, today there was 1 customer that was giving the cashier a hard time & through it all...the cashier...maintain her composure. She handled things the best she could & still have extremely great service. Just as a heads up, that customer was in the wrong...not the stor & especially not the cashier. I dont remember her name but I was at your Riverside, Ca. store #4001 @ 12:16. I see a number, C819064, on my receipt. Hope that helps to identify this awesome cashier. Its crazy that you can find SO MUCH at such great prices. We spent too much money, but got way more than we wouldve at other discount stores. The cashier we had, the ppl on the floor that asked if we were finding what we were looking for, the cleanliness, etc., were all so great!

Not the first time that Ive had this experience at this particular Big Lots. Very limited baskets, extremely long lines with slow cashiers or not enough cashiers my understanding for store protocols when there are more than three or more people in line another register should open this store needs professional managerial assistance badly.

This particular store did not have the items that I would purchase. I was a little disappointed when I shop in the Culver City store I was able to find red Mills flowers also the coconut oil that I buy.

Disappointed today at biglots - low stock dryer sheets varieties, body bar soaps, water hoses, brand names that i usualy go for bounce dryer sheets, irish clean bar soap, hostess, its ok most likely due to back to school better luck next

Didnt have the things that were advertised for a one day sale. Went to two and neither had them. Felt like a bit and switch...

Dirty, nasty and the employees are rude. We were 6 deep in a checkout line and the lady behind the register kept leaving to do price checks all while another employee was 15ft away stocking on an isle. There were also 2 employees in the back near lawn and garden. But the lady at the register NEVER bothered to call for backup. She reminded me of the Target lady on SNL, every time she needed a price check off she went! Go to the Big Lots on Magnolia if you must go to one. That store is clean, fresh and the employees understand what customer service means.

After going to Big Lots stores in Arizona, then coming to two different ones in California, the stores in California are terrible in comparison. They actually say hello and help you in Arizona. It would help if Big Lots treated their employees better. They seem miserable.

Came here looking for photo frames. They had decent matted 11x16 frames for about $10. Not ugly generic but decent looking.

Please, dont carry a back bag with you during your visit to this place. In case of carring let it in one of the cashiers.. and put a nice face to them...

I give this store at 2 because half of the products that was looking for were like throwing around the store dirty Miss organized look at some of them look used and then they charge buku bucks like their target Kohls or JCPenneys come on your Big Lots I even noticed some of their products where higher than targets and not as good quality either
