GREAT PRICES AND WINDOWS.We live in a triple wide mobile home and needed to replace our windows. Went to several places for retrofit windows and the prices were ridiculous.I found this company called and ask a few questions and bought my windows here. Went in ordered them (6 large windows), picked them up about a week later and installed them ourselves. We are very pleased on how easy it was, it took 2 days to complete the installation. The staff were very polite and explained the types of glass and the different types of framing. When i left we had no questions or second thoughts.

Horrible!The first time they were out, all the glass for the ordered hadn’t been preparedThe second time, they had broken some of the glass.The third time, they are no shows. I had an appointment that they called to confirm last Friday. I waited all afternoon. No show.There is never a follow up from them. I have to call and their next available appoint is in the distant future and I’m not requesting any particular time or day of the week.It has been months. Actually, it March it will have been a year, trying to get this done.

It was so nice seeing the windows done so quickly... Just be early to pick them up if you get there before closing they will not be able to give you the full order also when you are early they have people to help you load. Early is always best!!!

The first time I delivered here. There is no overnight parking for trucks everywhere. Dont park on the street and block the bike lane.The stuff is absolutely great, very helpful and friendly.The loading dock is on the right side of the building. The gate is on Iowa Avenue. Youll have to approach on Iowa coming from north heading south to make a wide right turn. Now the fun part starts. You have to back up the trailer next to the dock, swing around and back up from the blind side to the dock. Its a tuff one. Stay calm and dont panic!The yard is a disaster with gigantic potholes, broken glass everywhere on the ground, metal pipes sticking out of the building wall and junk all around you.The management of the company should fix the problems and not ignore them. We drivers dont deserve yards like this!

Bought a retro window and they sell you everything you need from screws and silicon. Window fit perfectly over my steel frame.

I had to have them replace 11 out of 13 windows over the past 4 years. Now I have 1 more needing to be replaced. The quality of their windows are below standards. They have a 10 year warranty but it is Pro-rated and they charge you labor. 4 Windows last year they wanted to charge me $625. Builders like them because they are in expensive so do not take their review into regards to your decision, they walk away after the 1 year they give you. After that it is up to you.
