Our new windows look amazing!!! So clean and clear and energy efficient. The installers did an amazing job, we replaced 15 windows and 2 patio doors and they did it in 1 day. I was expecting a big mess being that they replaced 30+ year old windows but Jake, Max and Freddy were very tidy, cleaned as they went, and it was a very smooth install. They were also so kind to the kids while they asked them lots of questions about what are they doing! I love that the store is local and the installers are local to Riverside County too! We are telling all our friends and family to use Window World! We could not have asked for a better experience.

Window World replaced 3 old single pane sliding glass doors at our Palm Springs Condo in less then 4 hours !!! soo impressed with Mike and Max! Excited to have sun reflecting, noise reducing, dust inhibiting and fade protection ! What a upgrade! And worth every penny!

Just had 6 windows and a slider installed.First rate. All orders are custom manufactured so delivery to get installed rather slow. Good communication all the way.Prices thousands below other installers I had received bids from.The installers Jake, Ralph and Maldonado did a difficult install in one day. Saved $$$ and high quality lifetime warranty on their windows made this a no brainer.

This is possibly the best company I have ever dealt with. We ordered our windows for our vacation home in Palm Desert in December 2019, then had the install booked for April 2020, then Covid hit. Being from out of country, we were unable to return to our home at that time, so Ko and Charlotte agreed to warehouse our windows. Finally we agreed to let them install in January 2021, even without us being there. We had a neighbor open the house for the installers, and they completed the install in 2 days. Through the pictures and our neighbor relaying the information to us, the installation went perfectly. They took away the old windows and doors and left the house as clean as they found it.I cant say enough kind words to express our gratitude. Thank-You

I have ordered 7 windows from Window World, and so far the experience has been great. Leading up to the appointment I received several text reminders which were super helpful. Omar showed up on time, and was courteous and informative, Within an hour wed discussed my needs, measured the windows and put in an order. To be clear: I dont yet have the windows installed, but so far Im really impressed.As a note, a few hours later Andersen came by and while the salesperson was quite nice, they were SUPER pushy, very salesy, and didnt really read the room. They also came in at 8 times the price of WW on the lower end of their range, which blew my mind.*UPDATE*Windows were installed 6 weeks after we put the order in. Team arrived on time, and within a few hours theyd ripped out the old and put in the new. Also didnt make a fuss when they realized one of the windows was in a hard-to-reach location. Real pros, in and out in about 6 hours.

My husband spoke with a salesperson that came to our home and only showed him samples of different windows. He never included me . When he came down to quoting him a price and running his credit is the only time I was included. The windows were put up in a timely manner but my slider was left with a large gap at the top. We never checked for gaps when they left. The window facing the street has turned yellow where the caulking was done. It looks horrible. When you walk up to my front door its the first thing you see. Now lets talk about the screens that came with the windows . According to the receptionist that answers the phone stated there is no warranty on the screens. Two of our windows have broken tabs where you are suppose to pull to release the screen. We paid over 5,000 dollars for these windows and they are not worth it. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Both Mike and Freddie were on time, professional, and worked quickly to install my windows and sliding glass door. The install was seamless, they do beautiful work. Would definitely recommend.

Window World customer service has been amazing! We got new door frames and windows installed throughout the house over 2 years ago. Smooth installation from estimate to completion. The installation was on schedule, the 4 man crew removed 8 windows including an old 8 garden window, a 12 floor-to-ceiling patio window and sliding door, and installed the new windows as well as interior molding on all windows and the patio window/door in one day, 8 AM to 8PM. They covered everything around the interior work area, cleaned up and vacuumed after they were done. Kudos to Mike, Ryan and Clint on the crew.

I would give 6 stars if available. It started with Ko. Worked around my schedule. Prompt explained everything and answered all questions. We chose Window World out of 3 bids. They installed earlier then quoted. Mike & Ryan are top tier. Layed down covers, installed and cleaned up. Took all old windows & trash and vacuumed floors, quickly & efficiently. I couldnt be happier with the new look these windows give our home. Special mention to Charlotte in the office who handled all the phone communication. Great job & a Great team!
