Upon day of service, we received a prior call to let us know they were on their way. Upon arrival the driver was knowledgeable with our order, courteous and helpful. Everyone was so courteous! It was a refreshing experience to work with Gaby and her team. During these times it is hard to find decent customer service, and they provided exceptional customer service! They provided a great work experience for our students. I cant say enough great things about A&G Electronics Recycling. I am East coast based and I needed to have equipment recycled from our clients in California...A&G was able to do that for me in a timely and professional manner. The equipment was in movie theatres that we have contracts with and the theatre staffs are very particular about anything that may impinge on their core business of getting guests in seats. A&G was able to recover the equipment fast, efficiently and without interfering with the theatre operations...A&G made me look good and I appreciate that immensely. I do not hesitate to recommend them for recycling needs...they are on my speed dial now.

A&G Recycling was very punctual and professional when picking up my E-waste. I had a lot of equipment to throw away after COVID-19 and they assisted in getting this done. I first had the pleasure of having my request for information from Gaby at the offices of A&G E-Waste Recycling. She was friendly and professional and didn’t seem to mind my many questions, she was always polite and welcome any additional questions I might have.Our event was scheduled for a Saturday and they provided us with four promotional banners prior to our event. Patrick, Jared and Jason arrived on time to set up for our e-waste collection. All three were friendly and professional, assisting all participants who donated e-waste. They also cleaned their drop off area and discarded any trash or cardboard. This was our first time hosting such an event and my being the chairperson I was a bit nervous at the outcome, but working with Gaby, Patrick, Jared and Jason made it so easy. I reached out to A&G to see if they happened to have any ipads or laptops for sale. My grand kids are doing online school due to the Covid-19 and were in need of something to connect with.They let me know that they werent in the store but would check and get back to me. Not only did they call me back within 20 minutes they had 3 Chromebooks available and made a special delivery to get me what I needed. My grand kids are so happy to be able to connect with their teachers and classmates in these crazy times. Thank you A&G for going above and beyond in these difficult times! Highly recommended!!!

Fast customer service

The hours on their google entry says open until 4:30 on Saturday. Rushed to get there 10 mins before closing with a TV only to have them tell me they closed at 4pm and it’s posted on their website. Went to the site and hours are not posted anywhere I could find, so pretty unhappy with their service right now. At least I submitted an update to google to hopefully spare the ne t person.

I have tried to contact them a variety of times. I was sent to voicemail or had no response via email. The last few times that I called I asked them for my request, they hung up on me. Not once but twice! I dont know what kind of company theyre running but it was not very helpful.
