I went to retrieve my items & it was closed. Please you have peoples property you must make an effort to return it. No notice or anything given. I don’t want to get the police involved. My loan expired before I could retrieve my items because I didn’t find out you stole peoples property until recently I want my stuff! Dwight & Susan Kelly. I have never had a pawn shop that went so above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Alfred gave me multiple options to help me when he was unable to due to his hands being tied (understandably so). Not only that, but the store itself has a wide variety of inventory for anyone looking for basically anything and everything. There loan rates and prices are fair as well (which for some reason is harder and harder to find at pawn shops these days). I highly recommend checking them out.

Great place unfortunately I answered the wrong question in the survey they do not accept anything but cash I put that they do accept credit cards but that is not true it was a mistake other than that this is a great place and Ive never had a problem the people that work there are professional and courteous and they even help me to get my wallet back one time when it got lost at the bus stop long story Im sure you dont want to hear about it however just know that theyre decent honest people

I’ve been looking for some speakers recently and thought I should look into pawn shops, Just Pawn It was close to me and decided to check it out. Awesome prices and the customer service was great. Attentive staff and they were able to answer the questions I had. They had a lot of inventory and will definitely be going back.

I came in in desperate need of new washer, old one broke down in the middle of kitchen remodel. I have disability, can not lug clothes back and forth to laundry mat. I felt like a burden running to my parents house, they have health issues.You do, what you have to do, for family. I was treated with respect, very kind associates, I thought I was going to faint,having to pawn against my jewelry. I will be running making payments. Sometimes in life we have to make decisions, and not to ask other family members. Our water heater works, when it wants to. Our heater for house,warms up then gets cold. Need a new roof etc... but this just lessened one of our stressors. Employees were nice but they dont have a lot in the store. When I called a man told me that they have a lot jewelry but the selection wasnt big and I didnt find anything there as a mothers day gift.

So the store is cool got alot of great instruments. The gentleman with the ponytail, heavy set guy, character wasnt a great one. gave cold answer when asked for assistance . Customer service I give one star. The younger gentleman, I believe plays at a church, great kid extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to see me helped. Especially when seeing the heavy gentleman didnt want to deal with anyone. This is my honest review. Great store, should check that guys mentality.

Ive come here many times and they offer good deals on everything. Their customer service only sucks since they are usually understaffed in busy times. Once they get to you though they are helpful, polite, and almost always willing to negotiate a price on their wares. Good people, not shady like the rest!

The website for this place falsely claims that they will pawn or buy ANYTHING of value. My brand new and never used Shark Ion Robot definitely has monetary value ($350) but when I called I was told that they dont take those. Please allow the fact that you DO NOT pawn everything of value to reflect in the claims of your website.Glad I called first before bringing it in.So in other words your so called guarantee is subjective? Good to know how well you take accountability. I had no problem selling my vacuum on LetGo and have no plans to give you another shot in the future. Good luck selling your merchandise.

This place never opens on time so dont expect that to happen. It looks like a bomb went off in someones garage. The older lady never stops talking and her transactions take forever. The newer Hispanic lady that works there is awesome. Shes a keeper. They cant properly determine value. The system is always down. Please get a new one. Not the worst but they could improve.

Their advertisement says anything of value we will give you cash lone that is a straight blatant lie I had a horrible experience with these guys I took them my $100 latter that Ive pond in 3 different shops before and easily gotten a $20 loan and these idiots didnt even know what it was initially and of course they did not give me a lone I would not recommend this place at all!

Took a white gold and diamond ring there, was 1500 bucks new. They offered 75 bucks and said it was silver. Too bad Im the one that has the certificate from when it was purchased at Robins Bros showing what its made of. They will try and rip you offUpdate: the owners response is a bunch off BS and should show you how they view their customers who they try and RIP off and get called out on it. I never showed them any paperwork and I put the ring back in the pouch and left laughing. I ended up getting $850 for the ring from Tangeble investments.

I came in to this pawn shop on Sunday June 11th 2017 the lady told me my ring was only 10 carrot so i took it to another shop and come to find out it was in fact 14 carrot glad I didnt go with just pawn it. Maybe your employees need to be properly trained

Management is a joke at this location, I just left there puzzled because I was told my watch was fake that I just paid six grand for 8 months ago. I first thought wow how Can a known watch store sell replicas ( Swiss Wrist) to be exact, I know I’ve been to the Rolex store and it checked out as authentic. I’m just going to say this pawn shop is probably not for high end items. Two words he mentioned sapphire glass which my datejust is a classic 1977 acrylic was used then... this lets me know he knows nothing about Rolex watches then he says the serial numbers are “etched in “. It’s safe to say he judged me assuming maybe I can’t afford nice things? Or maybe I’m that bold to walk in a store with a fake piece idk.Making assumptions are always foolish,

Called to inquire if they would take my item they couldnt but instead of hanging up and leaving it at that the employee took the time to advise me on where I could sell it which was a big help.

Place wouldnt take my 60 inch Samsung smart TV because it was missing 2 screws on the stand. You could literally find that anywhere lying around but the man with the beard obviously doesnt like his job and only good at causing problems. Dont recommend to anyone in the area! Plenty more shops in the area.

Terrible and I agree with the other one star review comment, scam scam scam and they use people. I tried to explain my story to Jose about my watches because hes the watch guru so he says and he walked away and didnt let me finish my sentence. Very rude. I just sold real watches for less than what they offered me the last time I went in. My watches were very real. Ill never recommend this place to anyone.

Im heading in there today to pawn a laptop that i use now and then for short term loans. The moreno valley pawn shop on Perris blvd is closed today so Im going to see what they will do. I know they are picky but the laptop is worth 250.00 and Im only looking for 50.. In any event I am sure it is easily collateral value for the loan. Lets see if it is worth the trip ??? At this point im giving them 5 stars for being open on Sunday.

Liars, said my item could not be considered new because sticker on box was open, then admitted they would have to open it to check anyways, price was no different than other pawns, but treating people like they are stupid is not a service to the community. g+ pages claims they are faith based, taking advantage of people down on their luck, Faith based?... yeah right.If you are in need of cash, I would find another way.

Nice employers, although sometimes they dont attend you at the moment, they try helping you the best they can. To me it looks like they actuay care about the customers. I had 2 guitars with worn out strings. They replace the strings for you not just that, they also clean your guitar including the frets and they even tuned it for me absolutely free. The set of strings are pretty cheap. Theyre guitar prices are probaly the best deals in town to jewelry to amps. Hope to see that one dude again in the big beard. That guy is a music wizard. Just gotta clean that shop a little more and organize
