On June 30 my husband and I went in to Best Buy to look for a washer and the salesman approach us First we talked to Richard R and the other is Sam they both gave us a good customer service because we asked a lot of questions about washer and they are very happy to answered all our questions so we bought the washer and we very happy with the two s sales man.( 😤 NOW LET ME TELL YOUR ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO DELIVERY !! ON 7/3/19 THEY PULLED THE WASHER INTO THE HOUSE AND JUST DROP IT AND NOTHING OUT WHEN I ASK HIM TO CONNECT AND SURE IT IS LEVEL AND HE SAID WE DON’T DO THAT BUT WHEN IT CAME TO THEIR CHECK OUT LIST ON THIR EVENT COMPLETION FORM (1) THEY CHECKTHAT THEY DID BRING THE WASHER Through the stairway and they lie! They bring it in through the front door to the kitchen there’s no stairway !! (2) Now ON THE PRESENTATION & WRAP UP, They checked and said they DEMONSTRATE APPLIANCE IS LEVELED, PRODUCT FUNCTIONALITY, CONNECTIONS ARE SECURE, WIPES DOWN PRODUCT, CLEAN UP WORKSPACE and REMOVE PACKAGING & CARDBOARD ??? That a joke!! They didn’t do all that !! I feel that they don’t deserve to have this job because of their customer service . They just wanna to drop it off and leave and lies about the checklist . They check on the Completion Form they did do the work but it all lies so the Best Buy company that used them as the delivery guys think they did a good job but they are not. I hope the company will look into it and don’t used them in the future.
