This place runs off corruption, discrimination and favoritism. The union will charge every penny for dues and do nothing to defend union members. Union board members have intimidated and threatened union members with no consequences for their actions, just a slap on the wrist. Even after the fact that same board member confessed to receiving a big amount of money from one of the main bosses there. He’s still holds his title and seniority. Union related issues are discussed by non union members. Supervisor having affairs with office employees who are married. The main person in charge here has no clue what’s going on. Everything gets covered up! All the speak up, listen up banners and work ethics they promote mean nothing here! You will just set yourself up for failure and be made an example as to why you shouldn’t speak up. Managers walk around here like dictators! Time cards are manipulated for special employees so no disciplinary action is necessary. Shame on Simpson for neglecting unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from supervisors like Brian Garcia! Even after I reached out to the CEO Karen who showed no interest with the issues I addressed. HR is all in on it as well. They’ll say trust the process but the process is to get rid of any and every problem! The list goes on and on! A big shout out to Jeff, he’s probably the only person there that cares about the employees! I’d post pictures but I’m not a home wrecker like one of the supervisor’s that still works here!

Overly dramatic about this social distancing specially when you witness company employees with no face coverings & not practicing in social distancing ... walked in .... hand sanitizer was empty ... no soap in restroom... so much for being Covid petrified 🙄

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, especially the lady at will call, very rude and giving out wrong information. And she thought it was a joke the whole time. Everyone here is terrible actually, forklift drivers are joking around and doing doughnuts. Whole place is a mess.

Horrible shipping representative. If youve never been there she treats you like an imbecile and would rather chat with workers than actually help me get out of her waiting room and to my final destination.
