Chris was very helpful in working with us to remove a wood fence and replace with new vinyl fence. They also installed a 2- gates I had purchased. Chris took the time ensure the gates were compliant with pool code before installing them, as I had purchased them from a big box store. They were not to code. A wonderful experience working with Bob and All Counties. It is rare for a company to do a job and it is as discussed, on time and without issues. The crew was detail oriented, the estimator came out several times to confirm everything in advance. Supervision of site workers was done to make sure all was good. Great work. Great team. The job was difficult because 1 side was granite, one side full of tree roots lining the fence line, and one side on a slope. The guys did a great job. My neighbor split the cost of one side and All Counties split the invoice for that side. A sprinkler line was broken and All Counties was right out for repairs. I would highly recommend.

The company gave me a good price for the fence. I had two other estimates as well and All Counties Fence & Supply was the best offer. The individuals that put in the fence were quick, fast, neat, and accurate with their work. I will highly recommend the company to others.

They did quality work and didn’t damage any plants or irrigation. While a couple of things weren’t quite right upon completion (one section completed at a height different from agreement, and some sloppy work on the gate at the end of the night/job), they were responsive and came back out to correct those items promptly and to the satisfaction of both home owners.

I started with five Estimates. I Choose All Counties because I drove to their office talked with a few in the office and was very impressed with their willingness to help me. We signed up and two weeks later job was complete. 250ft of fence and two gates. The guys doing the work were professional and worked with neighbors. Had a small issue with one of the gates a few months later and it was fixed immediately. They have also done two of my neighbors, both very happy. They also did my daughters house. You will not find a better price for what you are getting. Trust me I shopped.

I needed a small panel of wrought iron fenching replaced. No one wants to do small jobs anymore. All Counties is the exception. They were there when I previously had a large job and they were there for the smaller job also. Their work is excellent. The new panel fits in perfectly with the older part of the fence. Chris Barrett, Jr. and All Counties Fencing was our choice from the beginning. Even though we had several estimates, and a few were willing to meet his price, Chris was calm, confident and not the least pushy. It was a bonus that he was able to meet our very tight time frame. Chris was responsive to my calls and texts. The morning of the install was an amazing experience. Within the first hour the crew had removed 250 of fencing and began prepping the new fence. It was like watching a well choreographed dance. Everybody knew their job and did it well. By 2:15 our new fence and gate was finished. The old fence was removed, any trash generated during the install had been picked up and everything was in tip top shape. Added bonus, All Counties Fencing uses Ply Gem products. We chose the sandstone color which blends beautifully with our stucco. We highly recommend All Counties Fencing.

It takes a lot to earn a one star review from me, this company has accepted the challenge. Serious lack of communication from the estimate guy. I would call, he wouldnt return my calls. I would text, he wouldnt respond. They were the cheapest bid i had and I wish I would have taken that as a warning. They tore back my brand new turf instead of knocking on my door to check with us first. If you know how expensive turf is, you know that lit a fire in me. Found boards not nailed, found raw nails sticking through that my children could have hurt themselves on. Settling up my bill was yet another way this company really really earns that one star. Quoted one price, but of course my final was higher...why?? Oh because they cant add numbers. Dont invite this aggravation into your life, pick a different company.

Exceptional craftsmanship by the crew from All Counties that visited our home and replaced our fencing. It arrived on time and I can say with absurdness that they are capable, personable, professional, timely, and exacting in their detail. I was home the entire time so I witnessed all aspects of their project. Nothing was left to chance from use of a leveler to fabricating the gates on-site to exact dimensions required for a perfect fit. When the day was over, the crew did a superior job with clean-up such that nobody arriving at our home later that day would have suspected they were recently on-site and working. The grounds were left literally in better condition and view than when they arrived. This is what I observed an All Counties fence crew do with my neighbor two houses north of me a little over a year ago. This is why my wife and I contacted All Counties and referred them to our immediate impacted neighbors too. This level of professionalism encompasses all aspects of All Counties interaction ranging from initial phone conversations to estimates and quotes, post-office interaction, billing, and questions to be answered from front office personnel.

All in all... I think this company was pretty nice and reasonable to deal with. They gave me a good price and tried to accommodate me in whatever I asked to be done... even allowing me to make a few changes mid-stream. The workers for the most part were pretty nice and patient in working out my requests. The only thing I would add as a negative is that if you want the fence to LOOK really great and be exactly how YOU want it.... you may want to stand outside and give some direction and/or supervision. Not all workers take pride in their work and some are just interested in getting the job done. Unfortunately this is the common attitude these days. HOWEVER I do believe this would be true no matter which company you use. So to sum up...I would recommend them and use them again. I give them 4 stars!

I give the highest possible score to All Counties Fence & Supply for their professionalism, efficiency and high standard of the quality of their work, not to mention the cost is acceptably reasonable. Within the day of my call for fence quotation (our fence was knocked down by that super strong wind event) Chris of All Counties was already making appointment to check the fence, and basically explained to me the proposed work. The following day the quotation was provided. After discussion with neighbor (who owned half of the fence), we decided to give them the work. The installation just took a day, what with experienced workers who really know what they are doing. They took the old broken fence, even pulled out some rubbish growing within the fence perimeter. The workers arrived on time, removed the old (wood) fence and put up the new (vinyl) one in just over a half day. (I was replacing only about 50 ft of fence.) The colors were as requested and the new fence looks beautiful.

These guys are top-notch theyre very professional and, very punctual they were able to knock out a pretty good-sized job in a day oh, I have a feeling other contractors would have taken a couple of days or come up with some surprises along the way, not these guys.

I really appreciated the fast connection made with Chris Barrett and he would always call back ASAP. He was super helpful to getting quotes back n forth to all the neighbors splitting the cost. Started a trend and ended up having like 6 houses all get their fences done too (where’s my cut? Lol just kidding; but like a Starbucks card? Haha). The fences are fantastic and I love that I can spray them down to clean them!!! Also the speed of getting the fences up was awesome, each one done in one day... so far that’s the fastest home improvement project we have ever done. My only downfall would be that once you’ve paid them there’s very little communication and I never got the physical receipt they said they would send. The staff over the phone when I would call with questions though was always helpful and nice. I love my new fences.

All counties fence charged my elderly mother and I 800 dollars for a maybe 200 dollar job,my suggestion to anyone is do not use this company they price gouge the elderly my mother paid for it with my account and didnt notice till she told me when I saw the 6 foot section they did...I asked her are they coming back...she said no theyre done...when I priced the stuff at lowes it was at most with good stuff around 100....so they got paid what 2 men maybe 2 hours at most...350 dollars an hour for a 200 dollar job please do not hire this company find someone cheaper.Shame on you for price gouging the elderly.

Hands down, the best customer service and quality work combined. Chris Jr handled the estimates and design for 2 of our properties. One was a wood fence with 4 passthrough gates by the beach and the other was vinyl fence in an equestrian area with a 14 ft passthrough gate. Both fences and gates turned out perfect. The material is quality and the contractors were clean and efficient. They are also very competitive with their pricing. So competitive, that I will not be calling another fence company again. I had my fence done by All Countries Fence company let me tell u it was awesome job they did, from the time I meet Leland the estimator to whem they came out and installed my fence was awesome. I went with a 2ntone white and beige as Leland recommend and he was correct with that suggestion our back yard looks amazing feels and looks like we have more more, it britter then ever. So if u are thinking about anfence replacement please call these guys they are great.

I called All Counties Fence about two weeks ago and arranged for an estimate. My work schedule is crazy so I had to leave work a few hours early to meet the guy doing the estimate. It was scheduled for 4pm. They no show / no called me. A day or two later, their office called me and asked if I was still interested in setting up an appointment. She did not even realize they missed it. I told her what happened and she found the appointment in their system. She apologized and asked to set another time. So I picked the only day Im off during the week. I waited around the house and about 5 minutes before the meet time, a guy calls. He says, Something came up and we cannot make it. Would you like to reschedule? Obviously I said no thanks.I understand that things happen, but if you no show / no call an appointment, you had BETTER be punctual next time. Im sure this is a great company and they do good work, but come on man! I just want my fence replaced and I will pay you to do it!!! Maybe they hate money?

I called for a quote and the man who came to give me a quote seemed very nice but I never received a quote. I called about a week later to ask if I would be receiving a quote and I was told I would but here I am a week after that with no quote. Dont waste your time calling. They make you wait on hold for a long time to schedule your quote, the guy shows up late for the quote and then you never get the quote.

No one showed up or called to about giving me a quote.

I want to and need to set up a fence immediately., so I contacted this company. Estimator, Bob, came out here over 2 weeks ago. So far I have not received even a quote/estimate after numerous calls to the office and Bob for over a week. They might do a good job, but I wouldnt know since their service is so bad that you cant even get a job started.

Terrible service. Had a quote 8 days ago and had the guy tell me the vinyl fence was insulated at one price and un-insulated at half the price, didnt make sense to me at all. He told me 5 different times that un-insulated was a cheaper way to go. So I called to move forward with it over the weekend and received a call back today saying that I am mistaken I miss heard him 5 times saying he meant installed versus uninstalled, that I cant install it myself cause they refuse to sell to public. Worst customer service ever. Dont use them cause they will change everything up on you if you dont do it right then and there. They will right only expensive way on quote and then change everything around and tell you they never said any of that.

Just a heads up. I dont like being mailer deamoned by your shady Trans Union Equifax credit score ad. Or if you didnt know your people sending info using your websites address to the wrong demographic and geographic areas.

There are a lot of other fence companies out there. These guys cut corners, are inconsistent, charge a lot, and were unprofessional. If you live in Riverside, and want a fence or wall, I would recommend calling a landscaping company instead of these guys.I commissioned a cedar fence of 50ft. in length to be done by All Counties Fence & Supply. Initially the estimator came out-seemed knowledgable and estimated the standard price (at the time around 30-35 bucks a linear foot). Anyway, the guys who put in the fence were courteous, and got done in a couple of days (laying concrete based posts the first day and then the fence on the second day).First of all, the quality of workmanship on a scale of 1 to 10 is a 4.5 or 5. You can feel and see all the nail heads protrude a lot, to where they might catch on something if you graze it, or a pet goes by it - it could snag. I had to get my hammer out and take care of the protrusions. Second, the fence does not measure at 6 feet tall in all areas - where the fence starts going up hill for a bit, its shorter than 6 feet tall by 3 inches. Its obvious when you see where it comes up to another 5 foot fence. I told them about it, but nothing was done. When they were done with their semi-okay to mediocre work, they were just gone. They also left concrete trails on my driveway, which are now hardened, permanent fixtures. Im not sure how to remove them- I tried doing so with a couple of scraping tools.In all the fence looks fine, but could be better put together.Then I called them back to give me an estimate on a brick wall (Maybe theyd be able to correct the wood fence too!). This time, the contractor came out, measured and said hed give me an estimate in 2 or 3 days for the new brick wall. A week went by, and since I hadnt received it yet, I called All Counties back. The receptionist was clueless, and didnt even have me on record. When I asked her to look me up in their records, she couldnt even find my previous wood fence job. She took down my information and said shed get back to me. Never did, so I called back. This time I asked if the estimator would call me. Finally, two weeks later he did, but didnt remember the details of the site and asked to schedule a time to come out again. I gave him my info again, and we agreed to meet at a designated time. But he never showed up.After that I was irritated, and I called back and left a message (Hello, its me, heres my address and contact info, would somebody please call me back and let me know whats going on...), No response. After calling back a couple of time and no one really responding to my request - I gave up. Frustrated. It was borderline purposefully disrespectful.I do not recommend them.

(All Counties Fence and Supply has settled the matter with us for an amount we are happy with)It took All Counties 3 months to come out and do a project on our property that the owner next door and I needed to get done. There was a huge windstorm and it knocked over three sections of fence we decided to go with the vinyl and are happy we did but are extremely unhappy that the warranty is being offered through all counties. The damage some expensive cement we had put in the front yard and refused to fix it, left trash everywhere, and didnt take care of some jagged cement in the backyard.We have been waiting nearly two months for them to come and repair a broken gate and two sections of fence on the other side of the house that were also damaged in the storm. We live in an HOA and the HOA requires a specific color for fences facing the public. They keep telling me that they are trying to find the fence board that it is not available. Our insurance company is getting a little impatient as are we and need to get this done.As of today we are looking for a new fence company I believe we have found that company. This company has told us that All Counties is in direct competition with the company that makes the gray fence boards we need and may lose their contract with the company that owns them if that company where to find out that all counties is buying from their competitor. I wish I had been told this up front and greatly wish that I had seen the reviews of this company. It would have helped me make the decision to not use a company that is more interested in beefing up their pockets and doing shady under the table deals with their competitors rather than just being upfront. We have lost nearly 5 months of our lives dealing with this.Needless to say we will not be recommending this company and if anybody in the Horsethief Canyon area is looking to get work done from them because they say they can get grey fence boards dont believe them.
