Good prices but customer service lacks big time. From front service desk to back warehouse. Simple hi, we will be right with you goes a long way. Warehouse personal could use a little motivation and move a little faster and a lesson in communication also. If you have time and alot of patience this is the place for you.

Excellent service, quality selection. I own rentals and often have to replace small sections of counter. Elegants sales reps offer damaged slabs that you can purchase at a discount so you can buy what you need. I highly recommend them. The yard guys are pretty knowledgeable too. Also I had to do a complete bathroom remodel and they matched my existing Quartz!! that saved me hours of demo and refab costs.

If you are a walk in buyer, dont expect a warm reception. But, its worth going anyway! They have great products that are very cheap. Ive bought granite there twice now and the end product was fantastic!

Bad service kine in the back

I’ve have been trying to look around for new cabinets and counter tops, which is very overwhelming by the way. But anyways I found this place online which seem like a cool and affordable place to go check out. I’m ready to buy and have been wanted to get this shopping over with. All I want is to change my cabnets and counter tops not asking for much just a bit of help to get prices to remodel my kitchen. Anyways found this one place so I went to check it out and wow what an experience that I had at elegant stones. Not sure if it was because I look young or the way I was dressed but as soon I got there with my family the people working their didn’t even greet me, so if you like to go to place and be greet while walking in this is not the place. Also after walking around and looking I still didn’t receive any types of help nor did I even get the opportunity to get price. Which by the way they have some good cabnets and counter tops and it bums me out because I was looking forward to buying today so I can finally finish my kitchen.

Good assortment of granite and quartz

Awesome selection of pre-fab granite and quartz. Picked up all the stone for my house here and, surprisingly, the price was cheaper than the stone yards I looked at toward L.A.
