They are super fast when you are picking up and online paid order! Great customer service! The ladies always have a great attitude!

I drove to pick up my Herbalife because I didnt want to pay $23.79 for shipping. I didnt wait long at all for them to grab my 10 items. It is all right there on a few shelves behind the counter. What I did not notice until later is that they CHARGED ME THE SAME AMOUNT for Pick Up & Handling Really? It is unnecessary to charge that much for so little effort!!

Horrible waiting line. Only 2 persons at the front desk taking orders, waiting time about 1hr 30min! Security not friendly at all and had preference when helping customers. Totally unprofessional. First and last time placing order at this location. Not looking forward to come back anytime soon. Herbalife is world wide you expect the professionalism once you walk in the door.

Huge warehouse, they SHOULD have ALL HERBALIFE PRODUCTS!!!What is the point of having about 5 or 6 cashier stations when 2-3 are open?
