These guys at Hydroponic Direct are a nice group of guys. They dont harass you while your shopping. They were able to answer every question I had. Also they gave me suggestions that I hadnt thought about. Before. Whether they can benefit from their suggestions or not they will still educate you in the art of growing Marijuana. The shop is easy to get in and out of and they have plenty of parking. The shop is also clean and organized the way a grow shop should be. I appreciate it guys!!!

Very informative any question I asked the staff answered with personal knowledge and experiences. All the prices are fair and are within the competition range. I visit this location for the environment I know when I leave Im leaving with the best equipment for the project Im working on. They dont try and upsell you for no reason.

Overpriced charged me 250 + tax for a bag that has a msrp of 200 ( free shipping) place is like a used car dealership better know what a good deal is otherwise they will c you coming and get ya for everything you got!....update so ive walked in and asked for the owner o even left my name and number so the guy could get back to me and nothing he didnt call back so i guess his response on here was all for show

They have a great selection of products but the staff we encountered were not very helpful/friendly. When I asked about a specific nutrient line, the employee said Man, they all do the same thing. I guess deciding what he was having for lunch was more important than helping the customers.

Large stock, overpriced compared to shops in the IE but bad experience! Lazy incompetent staff, wouldnt help me, only greeted me at the door. When requesting more about products usefulness, he said I just work here very unprofessional. Wont be going back, Ill spend my money happily elsewhere. I contacted the management about this issue. Use to be good but the owner has allowed untalented, unmotivated people run the store to the ground. I use to pick up large amounts of orders from here, yet with all the latest hype on grows many new stores with customer sercice has taken my business and most of my partners as well.
