When EVERYTHING was shut down during Covid 19 this shop was open to serve the community the best they could during these trying times! I dont think anyone really understands this was a domino effect on every business out there, including getting parts and equipment. No one is very happy with service anywhere right now since no one has help or anyone willing to work. This is by far the BEST business I have ever bought out door equipment from. Not only do they not over charge you, they make sure it is properly done so you will not go home un happy! Tha k you for all you have done for our community.

I have a CubCadet snowblower, so I have only been hear twice. Each time though, they were professional and helpful. For that reason I would recommend them. Their prices were fare as well👍👍

Staff of this store is helpless. Hope that nobody spend money & time here. We bought a club cadet lawn mown & spend money for service costly; when a club cadet suddently could not start, there is no one help.

Absolutely the worst company to work with, every single employee I spoke with was so rude and treated you like you were some kind of burden. They accepted my riding mower for warranty work not only to tell me a month later that they don’t do warranty work and that it would cost me $125. If I didn’t want to do that then I would have to come get it when they that a contracted driver dropped it off. DO NOT TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE! Terrible!

Poor customer service. Equipment is never ready as promised and the work is questionable. Will not be taking my mowers back to them. You would think that a business that has been open for as long as they have that they would have great service. Partial problem is their ancient computer system. If you bring in more than one mower/item for service, their system wont link the two tickets. Their tech just picks the next mower to work on. They should be working on both at the same time.

I have dropped my chainsaw off About 3 weeks ago I said every take 7 to 10 days to fix still dont have a back yet I have a call 3 × 2 check on it I Monday or Tuesday and its still not Ready, I havent received any call on update so I called again now They say itll be ready on Tuesday so well see What happens I definitely would not recommend this place And I definitely will not be going back

After spending $230 for a new carborator for my rototiller, I got it home and it would not stay running, had to load it back up & wait while they cleaned it out. Make sure you have them start your equipment before taking it home.
