Ugly staff ignores you if you arent a size 2

Its ok,but not much selection for evening dresses

I was thinking I was going to spend hundreds on a dress but came to windsor and found one for less than $100. The quality was great and the girls were very helpful and hoping me find what I was looking for

Bought my daughters senior prom dress last night. Windsor always has the best selection and the staff at the Galleria location are always so helpful. My daughter attended every Homecoming, Winter Formal and Prom over the last four years, and we bought all but one dress at the Galleria Windsor. All very affordable, and each one made her look like the Belle of the Ball!

The girls here not only have the worst attitude but don’t wanna work. When you ask them a question their response comes off like you’re bugging them. It’s retail sis. Also, the salespersons name on my receipt says Gladys. She’s no exception. The managers really need to turn this place around and do better.

Was helped by a very sweet lady, Anna. She gave me a great suggestion for a dress for my 40th birthday. I will be back. Thank you for the great customer service Anna :)

Just left the Riverside store I was very reluctant about going there due to the previous reviews that I read which were very negative, however I want to let everyone know that my experience today was very very pleasant the store manager Marissa went over and beyond to assist me and all the other associates were very friendly and helpful to thumbs up

I bought a beautiful navy blue dress and it fit like a glove even when the dress was a medium and I felt like a large, the dress was flexible but well fitted and the prices are reasonable especially since I’m a bargain shopper but this is one place I’d love to shop at for dresses or even seasonal clothing

Very young and hip clothes...definitely will be going here for my daughters graduation...

Cute stuff but the employees have an attitude. I have never been into a Windsors store and had a bad experience until I came here. If the company cares about sales they need to change their staff because Im never shopping here again.

I went there today looking for an outfit last minute and Marisol was such a great help...she made sure I got something perfect to wear for the event !!! Great experience

I had to return my dress, because when I walked it rode up. I took the tag off but still had it and my receipt, they would not allow the return with the tag off... seemed silly and inconvenient. Luckily I have a tag gun went home and re tagged it, ill be back today to finish my return.

Horrible employees! Went in there to look for a dress, as I want trying on dresses my boyfriend was waiting outside the fitting room. The person in charge of the fitting rooms then asked him to leave the store because a customer complained that there shouldnt be males in the fitting room. Absolutely ridiculous. They made him feel embarrassed. They couldve been less rude and explained the situation to both of us.

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!I cannot believe the attitude and complete lack of customer service in the Tyler Mall store today! From the dressing room all the way to the cashier, I never heard the word please or thank you! Just eye rolls. As a business owner I am appalled by this behavior. Based on other comments, the managers of this store needs to pay attention to who they employ and what training they provide. I have no problem taking my money elsewhere.(I dont want to give them any stars but this application forces a minimum of one.)

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.. never have I felt as judged in my entire life in any store ever!! I went in with my cousin to shop and I was just sitting on a little stool and my cousin was shopping and they circled around us like 8 times each as if we were going to rob something... I have never taken anything that wasnt mine and it was the worst feeling to be judged by the way we were dressed

They have really cute clothes but very overpriced. You can find half of the stuff at the swap meet for cheaper.
