Its difficult to describe how thrilled we are with Cozzia. Its a long story, so here goes. * We bought an EC-670 last September at the New York State fair, and loved it—and still do! We love it so much that we bought a second EC-670 for our seasonal residence. * The second one came with a defective backrest, so we called Cozzia, and they have responded better than any customer service company I have ever had dealings with—and as a 74-year-old whose profession was dealing with the public, I have a pretty good idea how customers should be dealt with! * To make a long story short, every single person I was in touch with at Cozzia—from Monica and Lourdes to Jimmy and Rachel—was fabulous. * Monica responded to numerous emails of mine within minutes. * Lourdes gave me her direct extension and was available each time I called. * Jimmy walked me through a diagnostic test with great patience to determine the backrest was defective. * Rachel provided me with information with a smile. * The new backrest was immediately ordered. * The trucking company delivered it within three days—from California to New York. * The repair person from JEZ—Jamil—was fabulous and personable. * When I called to have the defective backrest picked up, the delivery people came within two hours of my call! * Everyone and everything about Cozzia is amazing! * And, for the record, we are not associated or affiliated with the company or any of its employees, nor have we received any money or in-kind services of any kind. * Trust me, these days, with quality customer service being so rare, I feel obliged to rave about this company and its people!
I purchased the Cozzia 3D Zero G Zen massage chair on March 25, 2014, the chair was delivered on June 23,2014. I purchased it as a wedding gift for my fiance. It broke the 1st week of August, less than 5 weeks after it was delivered. I also purchased the white glove delivery at an additional cost of $500 to have it set up properly. The replacement parts to repair the chair just arrived and the freight company wouldnt bring them in the house & out of the elements because of insurance/liability purposes. So, there it sits under my carport until the technician can get here, he called & we set up the earliest appointment he had available, to bring the parts inside & he can repair the chair. I feel Cozzia should have coordinated the arrival of the parts with the time the technician would be here to fix it. Or heres an idea......BRING a new chair!!!! Bottom line here, go somewhere else, where your business is valued and you get the service for the amount of money you spend. This chair is NOT cheap and its not worth the money and aggravation of having to deal with this company! Customer service isnt worth anything when you purchase a defective product & cant get competent service.
Best chair ever, have had no problems bought it in 2013. Great response and customer service. I dont know what the other guys were talking about but my experience is great. Richard B. Encinitas CA
This is unprofessional, these people want even acknowledge there own product are respond . My personal advise and experience is please do not i repeat do not purchase a chair are any product from this company. A total rip off . Read the reviews everyone that has purchased the chair has broken in 5 weeks .except the guy they paid to leave a good review .
We bought a $4000 chair, and it broke in the first week also. There is no way to get a hold of customer service. TRY ANOTHER BRAND! Cozzia, needs a lot of work!
