I have been here a couple times now, first time was to get a carburetor for an older scooter which of course owner Mike had in stock, second time was 2 days ago to drop off said scooter and get it dialed in as it doesnt want to idle, and Im sure when I get it back it will run flawlessly.Do I recommend this place? Absolutely, Mike is a great guy and very knowledgeable.

I stopped by this shop and met the owner Mike Byrne. He was a great guy and very knowledgeable about scooters, motorcycles, etc. I’m definitely going to give his shop some business when it’s time to work on my 2019 Yamaha Xmax. Great team over there!

Hes brutally honest when asked a question and thats exactly what I need when Im purchasing something like this. Mike and his team are the best. I brought my 18 year old son in for his first bike. They listened to him and helped him pick out a scoot that he absolutely loves. They have a great selection across many price ranges and they dont try to steer you to the mist expensive, but rather explain the differences. Overall great experience.

Riverside Scooters was a great experience for me. I called in and explained the problem. I was able to bring it in right away. Within a few days it was fixed and ready to be picked up. He charged me half of what I was expecting. Great owner. Great shop.

Mike and his mechanic are great. They took my scooter in treated it like family and gave it a great once over. I bought the scooter used and when I tried the place that used to sell the scooters, they told me to go pound sand. Thanks to Mike for helping me out. Oh, and he is not a sexist scumbag. Hes polite and thoughtful and loves puppies, kittens, and guitars.

Great Place overall but could use more pretzels. Other than that the owner very nice and theyll fix all of your scooter problems.

Friendly, helpful, great prices on parts and labor. Will even show you how to do maintenance yourself on Saturday mornings.They were able to understand the description of my problem over the phone and recommended how to repair myself. They were right. I needed a new drive belt. A new one was less than $15.

Bought a Turino 150 blue scooter and at mile 10 on my first ride, the back matching storage compartment fell off and broke into pieces. It was never mounted properly by owner. Told owner of mishap and was never offered a new compartment.

If youre going to buy a scooter, you go to Mike. Period. Customer service is top notch.

He ok but a bit pricey....and once I spent that over $500 to fix my bikes....when he told me prior it would be about $300. So.watch his pricing hell change up on you if you let him.

If you need scooter work these guys know what they are doing.
