They were currently out of stock due to high demand of the item.I told them I would like to order the item and wait for it to come in.As soon as the item came in, they promptly notified me and even gave me the option to have it shipped to my place of business for an additional charge.Talk about convenience and quality service. Seat ended up being out of stock. They were quick to tell me and replace it with the next seat I chose. Even threw in a seat screw to go with it. Thanks to Dylan. Definitely will be going back there again. No Im not a fake account either.

Ordered a few items and after a month, the order is still missing. When contacted, was told that they missed shipping an item on backorder which was an outright lie as it was in stock when I ordered it (and I called them out on it). Speed-Kings then emailed me to say that they need another 100 bucks for additional shipping (makes no sense why they would ship the rest of the item in bulk to Australia if one is missing). What is more worrying is that the rest of the item is still MIA and was told to deal with it as the world is in a pandemic and they will only refund the one missing item they forgot to ship. Package still missing and no tracking update provided.

Place is run by a bunch of clowns who will gladly take your money and sell you parts without inquirying with you if they even fit. Theres no disclosures anywhere on their site that they are specific makes either and just selling anyways.Poor customer service in attempts to remedy a situation. In addition, shipping will take forever.No amount patience or reasoning with their rude staff will resolve your issue if you have one. Essentially told tought sh*t .

Came in to get one specific thing and they had it in stock!! The guy that helped me was so nice and gave me some cool stickers. Will def be coming back for more parts!! They also have a ton of things online for all parts of ur bike;)

I have bought a few parts from these guys before with no problem, I even put their sticker on my coffee mug to represent, but I had to throw up a bad review for this experience unfortunately. I ordered saddle bags for a cross country trip. Called and spoke with Dylan who initially said I would have them in 6 weeks, I called every week after 3 weeks to try to get an update and he said he would look into it for me and call me back, he never called back, ever. Now 6 weeks later I tried calling and get no answer, left a message, no call back and no sign of them even shipping yet. I get that they have a supplier and its probably not their fault, but not calling me back to communicate is really disappointing. Now I have to patch up borrowed old bags and hope they make the 5,300 mile trip.

I’ve worked with Speed-Kings Cycle multiple times over the past year. Purchasing parts varying from their own original designed pieces to a variety of other manufacturers. Their customer service rep, Dylan, has been a massive help in the build project for my Street Bob. I highly recommend them for any parts you need or a good job site motorcycle podcast.

International buyers beware. The postage you are initially charged is not correct and Speedkings will require you to pay more to ship your item. If you are unhappy with the cost of shipment they will then charge you 10% to cancel the order. If you are considering, use PayPal to cover yourself.

These guys know their stuff. Easy to work with and great communication. Highly recommend!

I agree with all the other reviews saying this business is a scam. All the 5 star reviews are fabricated, or are people related to the business. Anyways, I purchased a set of mid sized bars from their website. They charged my card but no email was sent to me confirming shipment. After 1 week of waiting, I sent them an email and asked for an update, they responded with an automatic email saying they would get back to me in the order the email was received. I never received another email. I immediately contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. I still have not received an email from them to this day. Do not order anything from this company. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Nice try scam artists.

Disappointed with the service. Ordered parts month and a half ago and no update, tried calling shop 4 times and no answer, tried e mailing shop and just got a email back saying no refund could be processed. Which wasn’t my intention just was looking for a timeline as it’s not a rushed project. Huge fan of the podcast they host and they talked about great service so was a bit disappointed to not to receive that service I heard about. Keep in mind this order was placed through Covid and in November so those may be factors I could not say.

I picked up the Speed-Kings low profile tail light.... Super slim but so bright! Cleaned up the back end of my bike.... The customer service from this company is next level! I wish I lived closer so we could ride Harleys and drink beers together. Dont be a nerd buy from Speed-Kings

After waiting for 2 months for my item it still havent arrived and they wont give me a refund for items i didnt receive.Do not buy from them they are scammers.

Really bummed about my experience with Speed-Kings after hearing all the good things people have said.I ordered my parts during their Black Friday sale and after waiting patiently for almost 2 weeks I decided to email them on December 5th to see when my parts would be arriving. That’s when the first lie came about, Steve told me my parts were being built and shipping out the following week.After waiting another several weeks and still no sign of my parts being shipped I emailed again on January 11th. This time there was no response.It wasn’t until I asked for a refund on January 20th that I received a reply. This time Steve said that my parts were shipping out soon and gave me a 10% off coupon. However, when I asked to use that coupon on my current order I yet again experienced no response.I finally ended up receiving my parts on January 25th, exactly 2 months after I had ordered them.Bottom line, I will not be returning as a customer. Terrible service, long wait times, and the shipping charges are just not worth it.
