I was looking for a leather jacket and didnt know where to start. I tried on a few sizes and the staff was more than happy to help me find the right size and fit for my riding. I would definitely go back to this location to find more gear!

The employees are so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Im a new rider and have been looking to purchase my first helmet so I visited Chaparral and Malcom Smith before I found Cycle Gear. Let me tell you.... Completely night and day experience, the employees at Cycle Gear were soooooo helpful! They gave me tons and tons of information as apposed to the other stores. Found my first helmet here and my permanent shop for gear.

Employees (Riley especially) were all very professional and helped me get fitted for a helmet and gear. This store has a great selection, and are open and transparent about shipping delays, and will special order anything they dont have. Overall a trustworthy, friendly, and fantastic place to find gear, or even just get information and assistance if you need it.

Went in to buy a set of comms for our helmets. Marc showed us a few different models and explained how each worked. After purchasing a set he recommended he offered to install them at no extra charge. So grateful that he installed them for us, we would have been so lost! If I could give more stars, I definitely would. Excellent customer service.

Been there 3 times to buy a helmet. Poor customer service, I received no help from staff, was never even approached or asked if I needed any help. I saw at three employees and they seemed to be in their own world. I gave one star just because the girl at the counter said hi. I hope other locations have better customer service because I will not spend any money there.

This was my first time visiting Cycle Gear. I was impressed by the variety of selection they had available and the large quantity of merchandise available in the store. From the outside, you wouldnt think they would have so much inventory inside, but they have everything you could think of needing for your street or dirt bike. I bought myself a pair of Sedici leather riding gloves with reinforced knuckles and I absolutely love them! The price was fair for the brand and quality of these gloves, as well. I will definitely be returning to this store and will definitely recommend this to any family or friends needing cycle gear... No pun intended 😉

The salesperson, Jordan, was a great help. This is going to be my first bike and he went thru all the equipment I would need as well as going over the different types and the quality of each. Couldnt have asked for better help. And when you couldnt get the helmet I wanted online, he looked around for it, found it, and got it delivered to the store. He called me up right away so that I could go pick it up. Very helpful salesperson.

Great Staff. I love the idea of Cycle Gear and Revzella being sister companies. I have seen a huge improvement on their online retail experience. In addition, since they offer tire installation where I bring my (already off the bike) wheel, this makes it a huge convenience when I order from them directly. Keep in mind that their fee for tire installation is different if you bought from a different retailer (if you bought from Revzella, show them proof of purchase). As far as the in store experience, I would like to see more adventure selections, but thats more a personal opinion. I only gave them a four star for their location which would be great if they were closer to Adams / Madison since you have three big motorcycle stores (Malcom Smith, Harley Davidson, and BMW).

I needed a helmet to pick up my new motorcycle and I didnt make it in to store until 10 to 7, they were about to close in the Fullerton store, yet they still stayed they took their time, they got me the helmet I needed, and even installed the Bluetooth for me. it was exceptional service.

Store is a little small, but staffed well. I picked up an online order and they were to to locate it quickly and bring it out to me. Disappointed in their women’s gear section. Only 2-3 jerseys and 2 pairs of pants. Only up to size 11/12.

I have recently gotten very good service and advice on purchasing and mounting tires at the Riverside CA store as well as fitment suggestion on sizing when purchasing an Alpine Stars Tech Air vest at the Fullerton CA store. I went a little snugger and appreciate the support on those long rides over 8 hours.

Ive been a loyal customer because 2006 largely due to fantastic customer support and product availability but I ride a Harley Davidson my very first stop would be Cycle Gear and as a primary responded they offer you just a tiny reduction Kudos to all at Cycle Gear my bike shop.

Got a tire for my bike here and got a great deal. They offer warranty plans for your purchase for a replacement or credit towards a new tire. They have a decent selection of aftermarket parts but mainly I would say that they have primarily gear for riding and a large selection of gear at that.
