Very nice people to work with but my rug repair was not at all what I expected. The rug is a Persian cut pile rug and the repair is large loops and stands out more than the original hole. I was not told they couldnt repair the rug with the same type of yarn and stitch in the rug. Very disappointed. I will need to replace my rug.Follow-up. They went from 1 star to 5…or 4.5 to be more accurate. After hearing my complaint, they took my rug back and repaired it so well that I can’t tell where the hole was! My only complaint now is that they should have caught how horrible the first repair looked before they returned it to me. However, they have been so nice through all of this that I’m keeping them at 5 stars. Good customer service is hard to find and they truly have been so kind to work with. Thank you Gentle Genie!

The 2 rugs I had cleaned came back looking great. The gentleman who picked up and delivered the rugs was extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend to my friends and will absolutely be using them again. Helen, who answers the phone and any questions is a wonderful “first impression “ of the service.

Excellent service. My carpet,40 years old, which saw 40 Christmases, 40 years of birthdays, multiple dinner parties and other family celebrations is once again as beautiful as new. It is an amazing transformation! Pick up and delivery was super convenient. Service people courteous.I could not be any more satisfied.

We surprised the receptionist by coming in unexpectedly for our two bedside oriental rugs after they were cleaned. Forgot to call that we were coming in a day sooner to pick them up. She went to the holding room, but after searching through the other rugs waiting for pickup, could only locate one.The guys went in the next day and found it under a very large rug. She delivered it to our home that day after work even though it was on the other side of town. Cudos to her.My one suggestion is for the business to be better organized and adopt a system for keeping orders together, making it easier to locate in case of surprise appearances as ours.Would recommend them to anyone wanting their valuables cleaned.

I love the exceptional care they took with my wool rugs. Made sure that it came back in tip top condition. Will definitely use their service for my carpet grooming needs.

All our rugs came back looking wonderful! Even a white Viscose rug, that had some pretty heavy staining and I had low hopes for, is now magically clean. The whole process from quoting a price to pick-up of the rugs and return is very smooth and service is great.It takes a couple of weeks but is totally worth the wait.

We used to send our rugs to the dry cleaners. Over time, the colors and patterns got dingy, with a little help from two little dogs. We appreciated having Gentle Genie pick them up and clean them with loving care. The rugs are brighter and even plush again. So easy, and a fair price.

They explained their service well very high level of customer service. They gave me status calls through the process. Pick up and drop off on time and convenient. My rugs look like new and I will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Had them clean a Turkish rug that had experienced a few pet “accidents.”’ The rug came back clean and smelling fresh. I do have some concern about a bit of possible bleed from red fibers. Price was good, staff was friendly and informative.

Gentle Genie was able to clean and remove the stain in our High-end carpet. I was so impressed with their service. Knowledgeable about the fiber content and care suggestions for this type of rug and was so helpful placing the rug and positioning it. I had a great experience and will use Gentle Genie again.

The Gentle Genie folks are always a pleasure. They pick up the rugs without my help, which is important for this old lady. They wash and dry my rugs with care and return them brighter and better. Then the driver will place the rug and furniture back where they belong. I highly recommend them.

Old large Imperial Kerman carpet looked dingy after years of cleaning-until Gentle Genie magically restored its lost natural pastel colors. I would never trust anyone else.

Rugs look great after cleaning, took a week longer than quoted but the finished job and customer service was excellent. Will use them again in the future.

My oriental carpet came back clean with vibrant colors. I wish I had taken a photo of the smaller one prior to repairs. It looks amazing!! Well worth the wait.

Disapointed in results! Rug now looks darker in some areas than others, 3 spots on edges that we noticed has now came unraveled and just overall was expecting better results for the cost and time it took. Will not use them again!

Gentle Genie picked up our rug - arriving when they said they would - and kept it enough time to clean it (even the fringe that had gotten quite dirty) returning it looking like new. The colors are now bright and the rug looks great.

Great experience! They picked up and dropped off our 5 x 3 wool kitchen rug which must have been really dirty (dont want to know!). It came back repaired, one end was chewed by our puppy, and super clean. The colors now pop! Would recommend them highly.
