Paula is an awesome awesome people person she is very knowledgeable of the products that she sells. Very helpful and every willing to go that extra mile to make sure you’re a happy customer when you leave the store. Lucky feet store is very lucky to have such an awesome person in their employment.

Coworkers kept begging me to visit lucky feet. I finally took their advice. Specialist Paula wa very knowledgeable and professional. She actually listened to all my foot pain issues and believed me! Her recommendations have made an improvement in pain while just walking out of the store. I will definitely come back and bring my daughter. She will Love my cute shoes I found there. If you have foot pain, don’t wait like I did. I could’ve saved my self wasted time money and more pain.

I was in need of some good work and running shoes due to the pain in my feet and heal. I went into Lucky Feet, a little before closing time, and Paola came over the help me. She did a foot analysis of my feet and sure enough, she was able to pinpoint where my pain was. She took the time to show me multiple shoes and recommend some arch supports for me. The customer service she gave me was absolutely awesome. It is great to see some good old customer service this day in age. She took her time to help me and answer all the questions I had, even though I was there afterthey closed. Thanks again Paola for your great customer service and for all your help.

I have had some foot pain and wearing shoes that did not fit well. I did a google search and found this place not far from my home. My wife and I came in this evening. Paola was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She scanned my foot and measured my size. Brought me 3 pairs of shoes and inserts. I tried all 3 pairs with the inserts and we bought some well fitting shoes, inserts and sandals. It was a great experience. My wife will be going back to get some work shoes. Great place highly recommend.

I visited Lucky Feet Shoes at Riverside Plaza in Riverside, CA for the 1st time ever & my experience was absolutely EXCELLENT!! My daughter & I were in Riverside for her podiatrists appointment with Dr. Jeremy Busch (prev. owned by Dr. Donald Vogt) at Inland Podiatry Group, Inc. on Almond St., & he recommended that I buy her some really good athletic shoes to help her foot problem at the Lucky Feet Shoes store nearby. When we arrived, we were greeted by Paula who was so friendly & welcoming that even though she was wearing her mask, (which we truly appreciated!) you could still feel her great big friendly smile!!!! She not only helped us to pick out the best athletic shoes for my daughters particular foot issues, but she also recommended some really wonderful & super comfortable sandals that felt so good on our feet, I bought a pair for myself as well! Her professionalism really impressed me because whatever questions we asked about foot problems, she had answers that showed us she really KNOWS HER STUFF when it comes to knowledge about feet! Not too many sales people today bother with truly educating themselves about their products like the old days, so I, really appreciated her honest & caring manner. Way to go, Paula!! Your excellent customer service with us today made my 1st experience at Lucky Feet truly pleasurable!!

I was supposed to get orthotics from the doctors office but instead decided to go to Lucky Feet at the Riverside Plaza and my customer service representative named Cagney found the perfect insoles by performing a pressure test on my feet and found me a very comfortable shoe to wear at work since I’m on my feet all day. I was able to get both for the price of one and….picked up some sandals that also had good arch support. I highly recommend this store and for anyone who has problems with their feet hurting and hip joint pain. If your going to travel, I highly recommend getting comfortable shoes.

Went into the store today. Was helped by a nice young man named Dean. I had no idea what I needed to fix my foot problem. But Dean is very informative and helped me pick out the perfect shoes and insoles to help relieve the pain in my feet. I will be returning in 6 months to do a reevaluation of my feet. I highly recommend the store at the Riverside Plaza and ask for Dean.

I have been waiting to write a review just so I could include as much info and praise as possible!I came into Lucky Feet because I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis on and off the last few years, with a very painful flare up this last month. Up until this point I have mostly worn Vans or Converse with cheap insoles.When we first came in I got to use the machine that shows where your foot pressure is dispersed when standing, had my gait surveyed, and a few questions to better understand what was going on/what I was looking for.Gabe gave me the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Seriously- when my husband and I left we could not stop talking about how fantastic Gabe’s service was. He was so kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and just an overall fun person to talk to. He spent so much time finding me the right orthotics and shoes, explaining how each one was constructed, how the support is used, and even general foot anatomy and health!It has now been about a week and a half and I am thrilled to report that I have had almost no pain! Just some general soreness after long days on my feet, but that is to be expected! I cannot recommend Lucky Feet enough to my friends and family and if you are reading this review I encourage you to stop in!

This place is awesome! I went in to look at some orthotics cause I have had surgery on my left foot and ankle. I have been wearing sketchers shoes ever since I had surgery in 2018 and they were ok but after being at work on my feet they became very painful. The associates at the lucky feet store are knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. The associate that helped me was named Rain and she was super nice and she knew exactly how to get me into some shoes that were like walking on clouds. I definitely recommend this place if you have foot pain.

The salesman was helpful because she had similar pronation problems and was able to help me find a good shoe for myself. They have all the good shoes for people with feet problems. One stop shop.

I gave a couple of pairs of shoes from Lucky Feet and they are so comfortable and they last a long time. They arent cheap shoes, but they are good for your feet!

Just came in today. Rain is amazing. She literally took me through 10 shoe styles, completed a shoe analysis, and helped me walk away with the best shoe for me.

Gabriel was excellent and introduced a new orthotic for my extremely high arches. The New Balance 990 v5 was in stock and the improved Sovella orthotics really do feel much better than the two year old inserts. This is my second pair of NB 990 shoes. This New Balance (Made in USA) style provides great ankle support and having the my feet analyzed was worth the trip to Lucky Feet for some personal attention.

Where to start on this horrible experience! We went in to purchase Hoke One One foot wear and were sold used shoes that were returns with out advising us that the shoes were returns. Within a week the shoe side seems failed and we returned to the store to exchange them or return the shoes and we were told that we could not return the shoes because they were worn and we would have to take up with the manufacture. The store manager stated that these shoes were returns and that the customer expressed some concern in regards to the seems. I asked why was that not told to us prior to us purchasing the shoes and why was that customer allowed to return the shoes? She blew me off and told there was nothing they could do. Well, I decided to write this review to hold the store accountable for their deceit & horrible customer service!Greg

They are great at providing a quality sales experience but if anything goes wrong with your very expensive 250.00 sale and up for a pair of shoes your screwed after 30 days. Even if it was aManufacturers defect your referred back to them to deal with it. Even if it was sold wrong in the first place because the person sized you wrong, your out all that money! I can buy a pair of Shoes for new balance and orthopedics insoles and save a few dollars or better yet go to Nordstrom Rack and buy Brooks shoes for 50% off. Don’t get ripped of by this sleazy company that just cares about you long enough to make a sale. Forgets about you as soon as you walk out the door, bad customer service! They need to put themselves in customers shoes and see how they would like to be treated.

There are No Words for the Miracle that happened last night!
