I dealt Riverside Rodger Dunn for 18 years. I am comfortable with this place. I purchased a lots of items at shop. This time, I purchase a set of kids Golf Club which is size 0. Size Zero means from 0 year old to about 5 years olds.

The manager is truly professional as is his staff. I went in for a club regripping, on my woods and treated great.

The guys in there were awesome and super helpful! Got a new 3 wood thanks gentlemen!

Excellent golf shop! Easily the best in Riverside! You can hit clubs on a ball flight simulator to try them out. You can try putters on their green. But the best thing is their selection. They have tons of brands of tons of items in stock for you to physically look at and play with. Excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff!

Very good golf shop. Go to their Santa Ana superstore and they have everything. Prices on most items are high but that rings true with most all shops. Very good satisfaction warranty. A lot of hitting bays. Big putting area with almost every putter manufacturer. A lot of golf clothing and accessories.

One of the guys spent 15-20 minutes with me, explaining what all of my options are and then set me up to try out the clubs that caught my attention. Im definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Called Roger Dunn store in Riverside on Saturday morning in asked if they had a new Callaway driver available in a specific loft and shaft stiffness. Spoke to a sales rep over the phone, he quickly checked on hand inventory got back to me on the phone. He confirmed that they had it and that it would be placed behind the counter for me when I arrived. When I arrived I asked for the driver they let me check it out I then asked if I could test it out in the back of the store they said go ahead. I was greeted by Tom in the back he set up a couple of a swing test shots. He actually even video taped me and showed me some possible adjustments in my swing. Needless to say Tom was 100% correct I have a horrible swing but he was very informative and very professional. Walked back to the front spoke to Byron the manager he gave me veterans discount and I was on my way with the top of the line Callaway Flash drive. One of the best Roger Dunn stores Ive visited I would choose this store for by future golf purchase. I believed Roger Dunn provides better service than Dicks as the 90 day warranty is something that a golfer player must have when buying expensive equipment.

I’ve spent a lot of time at this store and every time I walk in the door, I feel welcomed. The manager, Byron, has always taken care of me and made sure I get the most value for my money. On one occasion, I had a pair of broken golf shoes that I wasn’t even sure if I could return, but he took the time to call the manufacturer and to my surprise, they were still under warranty and I was able to purchase two new pairs of shoes with the store credit. On another occasion, I bought several new used clubs (that were already a steal) and he gave me a very generous discount to offset the cost even more. Today, I dropped off a few of my clubs to get regripped and I completely forgot I had a tee time tomorrow but he made sure that the work was finished and, as always, they delivered and I’ll be able to play with my newly regripped clubs tomorrow. All that being said, I HIGHLY recommend visiting this store before you buy anything online. They will go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need for your game.

All I can say about this store is WOW WOW WOW what a difference. Used to hate going into this store just to get golf ball forget buying clubs or trying them because the service was so bad they had a bunch of guys working there including the manager that had no clue about customer service .But now with Byron and Darren as Managers and alot of newer faces this store is a pleasure to come to 😁👍👍👍👍

AMAZING! AAAAA-MAZING! My husband and I are completely new to the world of golf. We played with a few friends and got intrigued by it, being in our late 40s, motocross is taking a toll on us. We went in and were immediately greeted and asked if we needed help. Monton not only helped us but explained us the game of golf in lamented terms or beginner words for us to get & understand the FUNdamental of golf. We were just gonna come in & buy a beginner sets of clubs we found online, Monton took the time to measure my husband (who is 63) to the proper clubs he should use. Monton explained that if we bought the beginner clubs we wanted to start out with, the true trial would be a false because of his height. We walked out with a beginner set for my husband for just around the same $ but more and WAY worth it. The detail customer service we received from Monton was exceptional and to top it off even MORE was from the store manager, Byron. Being new to this sport and not knowing what to expect has subsided completely with the experience and excitement from this place by FAR!!! Thank you SO MUCH for the hospitality given...we WILL be back!! ~ The Gersch Family

Went in a couple times during my lunch hour where I work in Riverside.. First time I sat looking at irons (ready to buy) for about 10 minutes with no help. Looking around, the staff was not with anyone, but they did not approach me. They were having personal conversations with each other. Second time I had some woods re-gripped. They did a good job with that, but I was inquiring about a 5 wood and in the middle of me asking a couple questions about loft angle and the differences between 2 Taylormade models the guy just walked away when I had my head turned. Sorry Roger Dunn, but I bought both from Pete Carlsons near the country club Palm Desert where I live. 2 star for club grip services only.
