Great owner and company who is accountable for their work and customer satisfaction. Even post install, if you have a problem or concern, Mr. Kain was there to support and help us. Not every project goes well so its good to know that when something comes up that needs attention, that your contractor will stand side by side with you and not abandon their clients. Thank you Mr. Kain for your help and support to resolve our shower issues. Everything looks amazing now.

Workmen from Sun Boss were hired to replace the outside wall of our back porch which was installed about 40 years ago by Sun Boss. The new wall consisted of an insulated portion halfway up and across the width of the porch, with screened and sliding windows above, and a metal door with sliding glass windows and screens. The men worked efficiently, and when it was noted by me that the door needed some correcting work, it was quickly worked on and straightened out. So far it has worked as promised with no problems. I was most impressed with the cheerfulness of the office secretary who did the initial setting up times to meet with those involved with arranging schedules. I am quite satisfied with the quality of the materials used, and the work of the installers.

Very impressed with company, very helpful and took time to listen to what we wanted and offered solutions to make our room perfect. All staff were great and very helpful. The installation of the room went without any problems, when they were finished everything was cleaned up and you didnt know they just added a room.

We decided to add a room and called Sun Boss(4 Seasons) for an estimate. They presented a clear estimate, Dave was courteous and informative. Everyone down the line from Don to the cement contractor, stucco man and especially George and Paul who did the main work. They were polite and answered any questions that we had. The completed room is so much more than we anticipated. It is beautiful giving us a good view of the surrounding area and in a total comfortable setting. At end of day, the job site was left clean with no construction refuse. We thoroughly appreciate the service that they provided and highly recommend them.

The job was done professionally and on time. The gentleman who installed the screened patio took pride in his work, and the area was clean and neat after each days work.We are very pleased with the result of the project and look forward to many days of enjoyment.

We wanted to extend and screen enclose our patio so we could better enjoy sitting outside without those annoying flies pestering us. We decided to hire Sun Boss because of their longevity and reputation in the industry. David Kain from Sun Boss was very thorough in presenting all the options to us. David was also very helpful meeting with our HOA design review committee to offer extension design options that could be approved in our community. Thanks to Davids efforts, we did get approval. Our patio roof was extended six feet by twenty-four feet. All the material used is of high quality construction and an attractive appeal sandstone color that coordinated naturally with the color of our house. Donn Stanley from Sun Boss was very dependable. He kept us updated throughout the project in coordinating material delivery, the workload, permits and invoices. David Shelby, Sun Boss installer, was absolutely a true professional and very skilled in the construction of our custom project. He cleaned up at the end of each day (seven days total). David was very meticulous making sure every detail was done correctly. He would always stop to answer any concerns we had during the installation. There were a few minor issues that had to be corrected, however Sun Boss and David Shelby did not hesitate to come back and make it right. We measure a good company not only by a quality product, but also by how well they respond to issues or concerns. Sun Boss definitely provided both with excellent customer service. We are really enjoying our patio now. And, with the positive experience we had, can highly recommend Sun Boss.

Work was done as promised on time and with minimum impact on our life and activities. We are well pleased.

My involvement with Sun Boss began with Erik, who came to my home to discuss the available products with me. He told me about the quality materials, history of the company, and the excellent people behind the construction of the rooms. He wasn’t wrong. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. He didn’t need it. I asked questions and he answered. I signed the contract and gave him the deposit that evening and have no regrets. After thinking about it overnight, I decided on a slightly larger room, so I called Erik. He and Donn Stanley came to my home with a new contract a day or two later. They also measured the yard and house while there. The estimated start date for my project was December. Lucky for me, in November, Donn emailed and asked if it was ok to start soon. Perfect! Well, it’s a few days before Christmas and George and Glen just finished my room a little while ago. I love it!George and Glen were always prompt and professional. I felt that they cared about doing a good job on my room and I appreciated that. I never had the impression that they were rushing through the construction, and in a hurry to move to the next project. Their work was outstanding! Kirk did an amazing job on the painting, and float and texture of the exterior house wall. It looks like it was part of the house when it was built several years ago. It’s pretty! As they worked, everyone involved left the yard and room clean and organized before leaving for the day. My experience with Sun Boss Corp. has been one that I will repeat to my friends and family.Thank you, Donn, Glenn, and George for answering my numerous questions throughout this process. I’m anxious to get the window treatments and flooring completed soon!We plan to use the room as a reading/writing, exercise, dining, and relaxation room.
