I bought Babe hair extensions and AG shampoo and conditioner. Great service and loyal employees helpful.

Staff is nice but always busy putting stuff away. Store has boxes everywhere, EVERYTIME I come in which is infrequently. If someone had a disability this store is not the one to go to.

Please update your store hours online. The workers here are absolute sticklers- I arrived at 4:58 (thinking the store was open until 6:00 per their website hours) I needed one tube of color. They had already locked their doors. When I knocked to see if they would sell me the one tube 2 minutes before closing they completely ignored me and then pointed to the taped piece of paper on the door stating they closed at 5. I purchase so much product from this store and it’s so frustrating that they do this. I had to cancel my scheduled appointment because I couldn’t Obtain the product- that’s money out of my pocket, and an upset client all because the workers weren’t willing to keep the store open for the two minutes left on their sheet.

Very friendly staff and Customer service. There’s never has been a time I’ve felt unwelcome or not helped. I’ve been coming here for 3 1/2 years! I do Think the public thinks it like a Sally’s beauty where you don’t need a license to shop here. In fact just saw a review that stated, they were upset they couldn’t use their family members account to buy product. Their policy is to be a licensed professional to buy product and equipment! that way, actual professionals can use and sale, to make a profit and supply their services in their business. Before leaving a negative review remember how detrimental it can be on the business especially for individuals that actually work hard and take pride in customer service.

Not one employee asked me if I needed assistance! And I did! But none of the 3 of the employees had the time between talking about their childrens haircuts and then the 3rd employee that Im not even sure if she speaks!! Worst ever

They are rude, not very helpful, and lack product knowledge. Not to mention the fact that they were purposely not finding my family members account so I couldnt buy “shampoo and conditioner “ finally a customer helped me out. Remember the purchase of product is the reason your company stays in business and you have a job!
