What a sad experience I just had. with so many options in riverton I wont waste the time to come here anymore.

Always friendly and willing to have a chat when nearby.The only complaint I have is the lack of expertise in picking out items, but it’s definitely one of my favorite smoke shops to go to! 🤙🏼

I defiantly recommend house of hookahs there service is awesome and they have a huge variety of products. Chandler was very helpful with showing me options and everything that I had interest in the shop.

This spot for Vapes and all your other Smoke Shop needs has it all! They even have a Bitcoin/Crypto Machine for crying out loud. Seriously Utah! I dont care if you have to drive an additional hour to get your Smoke Shop needs and Vape needs. Make the trip and check this spot out! It will blow your mind how many items they offer. Its insane to see such a variety of so many products. This is the only shop Ive seen that has Vapes that Ive never heard of and of course they always have your popular trendy Vapes as well. They have always treated me with the utmost respect and they are funny and chill, so it makes it seem like your not even spending money. BEST SMOKE SHOP IN UTAH! HANDS DOWN!!!

I love coming here for my vaping needs. They have the best stock and service in the area. Unfortunately with the covid pandemic, multiple supply companies have had issues with fulfilling orders but they always seem to have what the customer wants. Helpful staff and hygienic for those worried about the virus. I will always recommend them.

The guys in here are always polite and helpful... And their selection of incense is AWESOME. They have pretty much anything youd like on that front. Their glass is really pretty, too. :)

They’re always super nice and it’s a clean shop. However, I just bought a couple puff bars and none of them work. They last maybe a day because after you use them they just keep burning. I took it into the shop and he told me he couldn’t help me. Frustrating since I spent $40 to get two days use out of them..

The guys there are awesome. Ive been a loyal customer for more than 2 years. The past experience had been amazing. Lately, when I purchased pod king max lush in ced, they have been horrible. Same is the case with store on 8 the south and 9th West. Dont want to go and get a new one coz they might work at first and will die after a less than 100 puffs. Its just the product, not the store or the employee

I can only judge based on cigarettes because I just cant keep up with vaping, maintenance and such. Still, of all the smoke shops Ive found in SLC area, toss one has been consistently good on process. I get the Eagles and theyre running about $5 a pack. I can get better prices in Evanston and the Idaho towns, but thats to be expected when the state wants its pound of flesh for these sinful items.Customer service is a bit of a crapshoot sometimes but its usually quite good. Not gonna hate on a store for one employees bad day once in a while. Weve all been there, and even at the worst its been transactional, which I really dont mind.Nice layout, decent prices on smokes, and conveniently located right across the street from the liquor store. I generally dont give 5 stars unless theres something incredible about a place. Still, the experience is always on the better side of good!

Great selection at the new location & great employees. There have been times that I havent been able to get the coils I need because they were out; but that is a management ordering issue and needs to be corrected. Coils are nonperishable; why do you run out? Why not order more so your customers arent disappointed when they cant get the product they came for? Dont make us succumb to your inventory schedule; just stock more. It is this reason I did not give 5 stars. Actually, the reason I gave four stars is do to the employees (I would give 3 stars if it was just based on the business). All employees have really helped me & had great suggestions. Anthony deserves special notice. He has always gone above & beyond. He has made me a loyal customer!

Higher priced products than most of the other smoke shops especially in this area .Even with higher prices i went here because it’s close to home but still every single person gave me inconsistent pricing where each person gives me random numbers, the guy helping us the time before this was high as a kite clearly had no idea what he was talking about and the woman that helped today was saying even higher prices than the last. Not worth the time and money.

Very overpriced store. I went in to get some coils for my falcon and they charged me about 50 bucks for a pack of 5. Ive gone to other shops around. I mean all of them and I never spend more than about 20 bucks on a pack of 5. If I could rate lower than a star I would. And also the cashier was very rude. Didnt answer any of my questions and gave me dumb answers. I will not return to this smoke shop.

Excellent customer service, they treat you like their own! Add an endless variety/selection of anything from hookahs, to water pipes, or even incense and you have yourself a damn good shop. I most def would recommend!

Good support every-time I went in. Well until about 3 weeks ago. I buy a new can and tell the gentleman behind the counter I want the new yocan. He then sells me the older model. Then I go back yesterday to let them know it stop working and I need the quartz container. Out of stock and then find out it’s the old model?I wouldn’t recommend this place. Just because of the dishonesty, when your customers ask for the NEW YOCAN AND MODEL try listing....

Honestly, don’t waste your time or money. Place freaking sucks. They sold me a tiny 10ml bottle of salt nic for TWENTY dollars, informing me that it wasn’t menthol.The second I vaped it I started choking and gagging because the menthol is so strong. I can’t have menthol products. I called and asked to switch it out, again they said “there’s no menthol in that.” Once I took a closer look the packaging is BLUE WITH ICECUBES ON IT. It’s MENTHOL. I’ve been vaping since 2010, I can decipher between menthol and non.Complete waste.

Not a bad shop friendly staff. .My only negatives are that its just a bit on the overpriced side for vape supplies and there wasnt much of a selection. To be fair, vape supplies are not the main commodity as the stores name suggests. This is primarily a hookah supply shop and it is evident when you go inside..On that note the shop appears to carry a wide selection of supplies for those who partake of the Qalyān ;p . As for the vape supplies. They will give you a small discount if you buy 2 bottles of juice. However, so do most places around the valley. I would rather go to one of the couple other places within 5 min of here that are far cheaper with a better selection of the vape supplies Im looking for.

Today i went to house of hukas in west jordan of of 90th and had a great experince with store rep Altaf. Not only was he very polite and helpful he took care me by answering all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He made my experience there very enjoyable. Because of him i will be going there for all my needs and accessories.

I went into the store with measurements to buy a new bowl piece and was sold the wrong size. I was asked to eyeball the hole size based on other water pipes. Unfortunately no returns on unused product.
