I needed to replace my very old computer. Sandy gave me options based on my needs and worked late moving data and installing programs. I had questions the next day and she returned my call promptly.

Prompt, honest and reasonably priced. I visited Traveling Computers first thing this morning with a laptop that would not recognize the power brick, Jeff got to work on it within an hour of my arrival and had the issue fixed within 3 hours! All for a reasonable fee. These guys are worth the visit!

Amazing Service Provider. These guys have a great store that had everything I needed at great prices. They even offered to overnight a specific part I thought I needed but they were able to resolve my issue with parts they had in-stock while providing an even better solution. I couldnt be more impressed. Service was fantastic. I couldnt get my computer to boot up, the computer guy at work spent hours trying to figure it out. I brought it to Traveling Computers the technician took one look said hold on i know how to fix that and sure enough about one minute later had it starting up. Very friendly and the most knowledgeable staff.

Had some work done on a printer and they have done all they can do to fix the issue, including their senior level tech coming and staying after hours to get the job completed. Their response times were really quick. Only reason for the 4 stars is one of their techs didn’t seem as careful as he maybe could be, but everything was resolved.

Very helpful. I had an issue with a power cable and they took care of it right away and free of charge. Thank you!

Ive talked to Josh a couple times on the phone and hes always been very helpful and patient guiding me through things i just cant understand at my age. I went in today to ask some questions and Josh wasnt in I talked to Jeff. I was a little aprehensive at first not having spoken to him but he showed the same level of professionalism i have come to expect from this place. I will be back over and over again thank you Josh and Jeff.

All i wanted was pics transfared from my phone 2 my computer and after he did he wanted me 2 pay for it, for what? 2 transfer pics really they are the worst service charing for something that radio shack never usedto charge for ill never be back

Not impressed. Spent a good chunk of change for a repair only to have more problems crop up that werent there before. Also was sold parts to the computer that were pricey that caused constant crashes because the parts turned out they werent compatable (despite asking them to make SURE this was the correct part) Oh yea this is exactly the part you need right here. Thank you for the expensive paperweight. Have actually had this same problem in the past with my parents computers but obviously didnt learn a lesson. Lesson learned this time around though. -10/5
