Cookies are large and perfectly soft. Im not huge on baked goods, but these cookies just could be worth the calories. Flavors rotate weekly. Was hoping for a 6 pack but you have choices of singles, 4 pack or 12. So I went big with 2 of every flavor....I mean how can you choose? This week we sampled classics like chocolate chip, sugar cookie but also Andes, rocky road, butter, and confetti. Butter was my favorite as it tastes like exquisite cookie dough. My daughters favorite was confetti....sprinkles get her every time. Hope to sample their ice cream flavors as they sound delectable.

I love the idea of what Crumbl is doing putting out new cookies each week. My sister and I look forward to Sunday night when new flavors are released. We text each other whether or not we will go each week.The Riverton store in particular hasn’t been especially impressive. There’s water damage on an inside wall and it doesn’t feel real clean. My order has been messed up several times (ordered 6 and got 4 as well as incorrect cookies 3 times) and I’ve had sticky boxes several times. Usually I notice before taking the box, but I’ve had to drive home with sticky fingers a few times. I have learned to always check my order visually before leaving the store. Riverton is the closest to me, but I have also visited Traverse Mountain and Spanish Fork. Those two locations have been better.I often ask the cashier which is their favorite and I have rarely found a cashier who has tried any of the cookies. I find that to be odd. They should be tasting what they’re selling, in my opinion.Overall, I can usually find at least one cookie I like on various weeks. I bring home a box, put a knife in it and our family shares sections of all the cookies. The photo I shared is from the 4th birthday week.My favorites have been anything chocolate mint, s’more, peanut butter, Graham cracker bottom with whatever on top, lemon, watermelon and many more. It’s a fun idea. They need a little more cleanliness and attention to detail and I would give at least another star.

I love that added a self serve kiosk type of deal in this locationThis location is hit or miss. The cookies are either nice and soft, almost doughy (the way they should be..) with a nice crisp outer..or crunchy but I have noticed this location is also very busy as all the others Im sure and the times I order it to be delivered and or curbside the cookies have 1/4 of the frosting then the way it was marketed on social media or their own website/app so thats disappointing. Last time I went the pink sugar cookies were also ALOT pinker so Im not sure if they are changing their color shade or if it was just made in a hurry either way the pink cookie darker or regular isnt a big deal at all.Overall good.

The second time I’ve ordered from this store and I’m less than thrilled. The first time was great. Now 2 of my 4 cookies are like rocks. Literally cannot bite into them at all. I called the store and was told to come back tomorrow morning because the gal could give me 2 cookies to replace them but only she could do that and no one else could. So not only am I inconvenienced by rock hard cookies, but I now have to accommodate what her schedule is in order to have them replaced. I have to small children and couldn’t just turn around and go back.

I don’t usually do this… (check my other reviews) but today was terrible service! I was on my motorcycle with saddle bags and I asked if they could give me single boxes… for the four cookies I bought (so I could stack them individually) they said it’s an extra .25¢ per cookie box to do that. It felt like how McDonald’s charges for sauce packets.. when you’re already paying ~$3 per cookie I chanced it and stuck the 4 box in my saddle bags instead of paying extra. I’ve literally paid hundreds of dollars at this location (I know because of loyalty points) and I was very disappointed to get home and find basically $12 of mush in the box. Thanks Crumbl! 👎Btw that’s four cookies in the picture. You can see this is my first 1 star review and honestly I feel bad leaving it because I don’t do that ever. Maybe I’m being too hard on them you just kind of feel like Gee I’ve paid hundreds here and loved the cookies and service and the one time I asked for individual boxes for the extra .75¢ they couldn’t be like Chick-fil-A level of service say “here ya go no prob next time though it’s .25¢ per box”. I’ll never come here again on my motorcycle that’s for sure.

Just had the best customer service I’ve ever had at Crumbl. The cashier was kind, offered suggestions, and boxed our cookies for us. When he brought them out, my 9-year-old daughter had ordered her own and he made a special effort to deliver hers into her hands. The cookies were awesome too!

Love Crumbl! They have so many interesting flavors. My favorites are any of the cheesecake ones and the cornbread one. So good!

I love Crumbl cookies, but I will never be back to this location. Terrible customer service. Went in the middle of the day when they weren’t very busy. The teenage girls sat in the back talking instead of helping customers. I waited over 15 for my box of cookies and that was after finally leaving with different cookies than I wanted because they didn’t have the frosting made for one of my cookies….but they didn’t tell me that until I had been waiting for 10 minutes.

Very good cookies. They are quite expensive! My experience here was very nice. Employees were helpful and they showed us our cookies to make sure we were happy with the ones they gave us. Ive enjoyed the cookies Ive had here and am glad that most the Crumbl cookies Ive had were given at parties, work events, etc.

Made an order through the app the order didn’t go through but my card was charged, called the store, to see if they received my order which they didn’t, they had no idea what happened, basically I was told sorry we didn’t get your order, who cares that my card was charged and told me to call back in 20 minutes so whoever I talked to can discuss it with the manager, wouldn’t let me talk to the manager. Not the best customer service.

Always has a positive experience here and this location. I ordered a large order of mini cookies for a party and our guests LOVED that they were minis. Perfect size! Ive never had bad customer service here, employees always seem helpful.

Always a great place to eat dessert. They do a line system, so even if you order online, you still show up and wait in line so don’t expect to get your cookies as soon as you arrive. However, even at their busiest, I have only needed to wait 8 minutes.

Best big box cookie I’ve ever had, so close to the homemade taste. The smell inside is so amazing. The price is $3 each, which seems much for a cookie. However they’re a big size and really delicious. They’re served warm out of the oven. There’s usually a line, but it moves fast. I wish the inside was larger or utilized more for sitting and talking. It’s more of order and leave. You need to try it, you won’t be disappointed.

If I can give 0 stars I will. Came here on 09/06/21 Labor Day. Ordered at 3pm through the App and the App said my order will be ready within 30 minutes. Arrived at 3:28pm and although I indicated I would do curbside pickup, I decided to give them a break since clearly the store was empty and no customers inside. As soon as I went inside, there were three girls working. NONE of them said hi, one looked like she was on the phone with her headset and was walking around and was pointing at one of the the cookies on the countertop. The other two were towards the back, decorating cookies and talking/laughing. I walked to the pick up counter and noticed my order wasnt there even though I ordered almost 30 minutes ago. I stood there for about 3 minutes, and out of the three girls, none of them said hi or said welcome to the store or most importantly can I help you? they just kept glancing at me. Cmon, if there was something that was just standing there, wouldnt you say one of those lines? I then looked at the app and I clicked on Im here and about 30 seconds later, one of the girls at the back, noticed there was a ring and decided to prepare the box, and I told her that was my order, in which she quickly prepared.I just find it ridiculous that, me clicking on Im here made one of them actually prepare my order. Out the almost 5 minutes of me just standing there, NONE of those three girls even noticed me or cared to help me out. Customer Service is definitely lacking. This location is our regular place to get crumbl cookies as well, but this was the first time that Ive encountered this. I know that it is a holiday, but the store was empty, and I already ordered through the app, but those three girls just ignoring me as soon as I came in is totally unacceptable.To whoever management is, please let them know this feedback, I clearly indicated the time and date of this review.

One bad experience I can understand it might be a fluke, but having literally the same experience every time, and finally this last experience from this store warrants this detailed review.DELIVERY:The last few times (three to be exact) I’ve ordered and had cookies delivered from this location have been awful experiences. First of all - horrendously late delivery times. The second to last time I placed my order around 8:35pm, didn’t arrive until 10:46pm. On the most recent delivery, we waited for over two hours for the delivery and the cookies never even arrived! No phone call or anything to inform us other than the spam of robot texts you get asking “how did we do” without any follow up to a bad score.Found out they did delivery through Door Dash, who I contacted and their customer service was awesome!! Immediately had my info and were very professional. Great response and support initially, but since payments are through the Crumbl app and through local store, they transferred me back to this Crumbl location in Riverton.From there the bad experience continued. The man on the phone would not communicate with us. Very curt, short words like we were annoying him, and very standoffish on the phone.Answered the call with “What.” I thought the phone cut out since it was so curt so I said “hello” again and he responded “yeah, what??” I explained we never received our order and he literally said in a very rude tone “so what do you want us to do about it?” I understand everyone has a bad day, but really dude?? The attitude and tone he gave has left such a bad taste in my mouth. I asked for a refund since we didnt receive our order and he just said “fine” and then hung up on us! So... hopefully I see a refund?? Who knows - I didn’t get any help or any answers.IN-PERSON / PICKUP:Due to the poor experience with delivery attempts, we thought going in person might be a better experience at this store. Unfortunately it was not any better. Filthy countertops, dirty iPads, and shipping pallets of their latest inventory of pink boxes greet you each time you walk in. The employees for the most part seem too busy to pay any attention to you, with the exception of one young woman who each time weve visited has ensured we were happy with our cookies before boxing them up (same girl each time). Disappointed with the cleanliness and customer service.Unfortunately we have decided no longer to support this store due to the lack of customer service and the rude interaction we most recently had. Better off going to the Draper or Layton store in my opinion, because the cookies are still amazing!

Yum! I may be slightly obsessed and hit up crumble cookie almost once a week just to try some of their unique flavors. This week was macadamia nut and I was not disappointed! This location can get busy around lunch time and around 2:30 because the high school is right behind it and the kids come over in their breaks, but it’s never been too bad. Always great and speedy customer service.

I really enjoy Crumbl cookies. I like the variety of flavors that change each week. Their chocolate chip is still a favorite, no matter the other flavors I try. Im giving this location a 4-star rather than a 5-star based on my experience with their curbside delivery, or lack thereof. Ive tried to order curbside a number of times, and the app will show my cookies have arrived at my vehicle but they have not. Ive had to go inside and actually get my cookies, which isnt a huge deal other than Ive left a tip in anticipation of a curbside delivery that hasnt happened. The cookies are great!

Had a mobile order for tonight. Went to the location and waited for half an hour after checking in before I went ahead and called inside to see why it was taking so long. They came out a while later and gave me my order, I hurried back home and when I got back and opened the box I saw this.. horribly presented and unappetizing. The cookies are a complete disaster. Huge disappointment.

We got a box of four cookies delivered, and we ordered just one of each of the specialty flavors. We received the regular chocolate chip cookie instead of the specialty peanut butter cookie. We had to drive back to the store to get that one, but we realize mistakes happen. :)

A smaller store then the one I went to the other day in Lehi however it was just a nice and the cookies are delicious! I cant believe how soft and delicious these are… I bake and these cookies are better than mine!

We go here at least once a week. It’s our go to stop for cookies and they never disappoint! I love the changing weekly flavors but it’s also good to know that chocolate chip and chilled sugar will always be there for me.

These are my favorite cookies, and I love the fun weekly flavors especially the ones with cream cheese frosting. Such good quality and Im someone who has previously thought I wasnt a frosting person. Ive never gotten a stale cookie from crumbl either. Ive tried team cookie, chip etc and no ones cookie taste and value compares.
