I have had great experiences with Lincare for both myself and my daughters respiratory needs. The site manager, Christy is very knowledgeable and very helpful. The previous manager was a much different story but with Christys leadership it was a much different and better experience.
All about the money and dont care about their clients. They dont do there job. They dont answer the phone half the time, even for the the doctor. Seems like they are always way behind. They dont give proper notice for compliance issues or when people may be running low on supplies and do not follow up well. Then, they act like they try real hard to get ahold of you when they only stopped by one time and left a voicemail. There are a few nice employees but the business is not run well.
I do not have a problem with the Riverton Wyoming Lincare office they do an awesome job that is why they get five stars. I do have a problem with Lincare Corporate. The only e-mails that employees can send is to another employee. A customer cannot e-mail Lincare, nor can Lincare e-mail a customer. Just think how that inhibits performance. I also am being treated in Houston Texas. In order to get anything done, I need to contact Riverton Wyoming, who then sends the file to Houston and then I can get service.
