Used this service for 15 years. Unfortunately, they decided to utilize some very non-customer friendly policies and tactics during very tough times for small businesses like mine. Many promises have been made and broken during my most recent renewal period. Oh, and make sure you read ANY fine print in ANY agreement with them. ASK questions before you sign ANYTHING (and Id suggest recording the responses for your protection). Cannot in good conscience recommend them for services if you want to be treated as a valued customer.

Great linen and uniform service.

Company attempted to change my contact terms after the contract was signed. Very bad business practice. Scheduled delivery never showed up. Canceled contact before things could get worse.
