I never bought a mattress; I worked there. Today was my last day, and it has been a STELLAR place to work.Mike, the Manager, is kind, professional, friendly and helpful.The store is brightly lit, clean, neat and organized.It was an absolute pleasure to have worked here, and the District Manager, TJ, was very easy to communicate with.If you are looking for a company that offers commission (or hourly), with great benefits, a great work environment, and have good rapport with people, go get my job!

Our experience tonight with Madison Harmon at the Roanoke Rapids store was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. She was very patient with us even though she was working alone and had multiplecustomers. She was a pleasure to work with and we are excited about our new investment.

So we move from Orlando area to Roanoke Rapids and we need new beds. We went to as far as i can tell to all 1400 bed and furniture stores in town. Madison, at Mattress Warehouse, was by far the most friendly and professional personal sales woman we have come across in a while. not only did she make us feel at home, but sold us what we needed, way under what we expected. I would highly refer my friends to this location.

Store manager Robin was a super person to deal with for this purchase. I didnt feel at all silly or self conscious lying on beds in front of her and trying to get a feel for what it would be like to sleep on a mattress all night. She is relaxed, no hype, no pressure, just concerned that I make the right choice,which made me more trusting of her as a seller. She knows her mattresses! I did make the right choice, and last night I got the best nights sleep I have had in a good while on my new mattress with adjustable base. Delivery was when expected, a little early in fact, and it was quick and done right. Her obvious concern that I make the right choice for me has already led to my recommendation of this store to other people.
