Horrible customer service !!!. Bought a 400 security camera with a 14 day free return policy. It did not pick up where I needed it. I moved it as they suggested but after 7 days returned it because the signal was too weak. 6 weeks later and multiple phone calls no refund. I pulled up the plan and complained after two weeks it was sitting in the managers office still. I knew this because as she was drinking drinks and laughing with coworkers the camera was recording but.the home office made me what for the refund .now they are supposed to be mailing the refund ....6 weeks and counting !!! Do not use them because they lie, lie, lie

If I could, I wouldnt give them that one star. They need to replace all of the workers with people that know how to do the job. On August 19, 2016, I went to buy a penny phone because it was advertised in the window. Once I entered the store and asked for one, I was told that there werent any. This is called false advertising. On September 17, 2016, I went back to the store to pay my first bill. While I was there I asked about insurance. They told me that I couldnt get insurance on my prepaid phone because it had been past 15 days since the purchase of the phone. Today, by the grace of God, my phone wasnt responding, so I quickly called customer service. As I was on hold my phone began working like new again. So when the representative answered, I asked about the insurance then she referred me to the prepaid dept. I got the insurance with no problem. Turns out that you can get the insurance at anytime that you want within the 30 days of purchase. I recommend that this store rehires its employees or shut it down period because they are giving U.S. Cellular a bad name.

People lie to you here. Tell you whatever just so you will change from as old plan or withhold needed information. Two separate people have lied to me. Dont care about people that have been with them forever. They only care about new people. Terrible place. Just terrible, I would give less stars if I could.

If you have a prepaid plan here and your charger port breaks expect to pay 168 dollars out of pocket even though you have a prepaid plan its still basically a contract to them which IMO is very stupid considering most people have prepaid not to be bound by a contract.

You are better off getting a phone from Walmart! US Cellular has poor service...even when you are relatively close to a tower, your calls fail. When you pay for insurance, their insurance carrier does NOT even keep popular phones such as iPhones in stock, therefore, you have to wait until they can borrow one from, probably, a more reputable carrier. When you call your local store they do not even have loaner phones. Most people do not have house phones anymore, so a cell phone is what most people totally depend on; however, do not depend on the Roanoke Rapids store to provide a loaner to their customers. With hundreds of customers, they have one phone to loan. How pathetic!! That means one customer is served while many others with lost or broken phones are phoneLESS. Poor managers will make poor decisions like this. If they had some competition like AT&T or even Sprint they would do whatever they could to keep customers happy. Since they do not have competition, they take advantage of their customers. One day US Cellular will have more competition than the comparable company Verizon and they will not be able to wax every dollar they can from this rural community. Hopefully, other major carriers will come in and buy out all their plans and they can take their lil business and set up elsewhere. Until then who knows how long people without phones will be out of commission. (:(:(:

If I could give 0 stars I would. I wasnt even a customer there, but I witnessed multiple customers having issues with the customer service there. They were very unknowing about the phones and accessories and the company policies. One gentleman who worked there was a younger guy, didnt want to help, he was very lazy. He was constantly on his phone checking facebook and instagram while helping is customer. Another lady, who i guess was supposed to be like a assistant manager, was also the same. But when the gentleman asked for assistance, she rolled her eyes and acted like she was on a high horse and didnt want to be there. She supposedly keep going to call a manager but keep leaving to go to the back. Her baby-daddy, boy friend or whatever, stayed in the customers conversation with the representatives, and was giving them dirty looks. They were very biased towards customers. The person I was waiting for had customer service and technical support telling them that they needed to override the system and they refused to do it. They keep changing their stories on way they wouldnt do things. I asked to see the policy on what they were saying and showed them that they were wrong and still refused to do what they should have done.
