Always friendly, talkative and knowledgeable. Huge selection of products and seem like more is added with each visit. Rewards program is great too on top of the already unbeatable prices. Never have had a bad experience when I visit and I visit often. Always recommend Cloud 9 when anyone asks me about vaping.

When looking to buy anything that u desire go to cloud 9 vapor lounge. This is the place to go to get what u need. We went in and got what we need. Its good to know that the people that work there knows there stuff.

Very friendly, knowledgeable about thier products as well. Its a fun atmosphere that has new age style lounge areas and its super clean!! In a prime location with a Starbucks right up the street (walking distance) I do think this might be my new hangout place!

Went inside wanting to start vaping once again and was greeted properly in the staff knew about the product that they were selling I went to the shop when they first open when they used to be able to do custom builds for you but no they don’t because North Carolina law which is really sad but besides that I was up in Vaping within 20 to 30 minutes. Staff showed me the best way to fill the tank in how to prime it when to change them when to come ask for help I love the shop when it first opened and I love it Now

Went in yesterday and purchased a G-priv 2 Lux kit, Batteries and a bottle of the One. Staff was knowledgeable walked me through how to setup and use the device. After a few phone calls theis place by far has the best pricing and the store has so many juice lines your sure to find something. Great Shop!!

Its an ok store if your new. That being said they are always rude to customers, and very impolite every time I went in there. They hire everyone under the table, which leads to people not knowing about what they are selling; which leaves you not wanting to return. I suggest trying out other vape locations.

Poor selection. staff will sell you anything just to get you out of the store. staff should have some type of knowledge about the products they sell. on top of that your running a business without a phone

Done business in the past. Told them I wanted a start up vape kit. They sold me a small pen that was meant for heavy smokers to quit which is not what I had asked for. Then other times the staff werent helpful in the least. Did the minimum to get me rung up and out the store. Wouldnt recommend going to this store to any one.

First attempt at really vaping, stopped in here. Now Im almost 2 months cigg free. Been to many shops since them, and they are still one of my favs. They carry illuminati liquids. Only place Ive ever seen. Money is my fav... I usually order by the 60ml, but still buy it when I stop by just to show some love.

Piss poor vapor shop! Totally outrageous on the pricing. A coil that I can get at my local vapor shop is about $4.50 at cloud 9 its $10.99 really! I cant see how they get any business. Cotton beacon 0.07oz $4.99 any where else its $1.99, oh yeah they want answer the phone if you try and call either.
