Most Big Lots are in skanky shopping centers. This one is no different. Could not find the item I was looking for.

This is NOT the Big Lots that Im use to. There is little to not selection available, unless youre looking for furniture.To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

Love took awhile to get stuff in stock but nit there fault

Furniture was nice but out of stock due to striking by delivering from warehouses.

Big Lots in my town (Roanoke Rapids, NC) is a great place to shop. The store is always neat, clean and organized. Also, the employees are awesome when it comes to customer service!!

I have 2 bad experiences. They were not tgat expensive so i didnt take an iron back. It lasted about a week. I didnt take an extension rod back. It never extended.

I love the curbside pickup service! Ive had nothing but great experiences picking my orders up and the employees are always so nice when they bring it out.

Big Lots is a nice store with great prices. Ive been able to find items at Big Lots that I havent been able to at other stores.

My visit was great. Shopping was easy, because the shelves were well stocked, selection was good. The prices were reasonable. I found a product that I use and it was halve the price that I pay at most places, that truly sold me over. 😊 The store was clean and neat and the cashier, Kisha was very friendly and professional.

Very friendly ... and Had my order ready when I got there !! And was just as described.

The store is always super clean and organized I needed help with something and Keisha the cashier up front went out of her way to help me find what I needed and took me to the item. Great customer svc. Thank you Keisha !

Wow! Had not been in the Roanoke Rapids store in a while and what a change! Clean, neat and well stocked.I used the online/ store pickuo and it was great. Salesperson even saw me as I came walking up to the line, remembered I was there for pickup and called for another salesperson to come help me! Great service!

This store has come a long way from what it was like a few years back. Shelves are organized and prices are visible. Plus staffing is much better. Really wish they would increase the furniture section by a few feet so it is easier to try out pieces.

No help lady walked off and never saw her again, cashier sqid they were short staffed today, so I had to order the product I wanted online now just have to wait until I get an email that my order is ready lets see how long that takes

Its a good store. Has nice furniture also, couches, loveseats, dinning sets etc. Furniture looks really good quality too.

The employees here were outstanding, it was like we had our own personal shopper, and very helpful.

Shopping was great with the help of our cashier shaniqe sorry if I spelled it wrong. She was great at bringing up your website so that I got the coupon for something I purchased.
