Estimate by Dylan was completed in the office timely. Car was fixed well on date arranged. The general manager even came in personally to get my key and receive my payment. That was a BIG deal since my flight home was delayed and the shop was officially closed. Everyone treated me with respect. The shop was spotless. Customer service was 10 on 10 scale. Work was great.

The repair they done of my vehicle was great even though it took a week and a half longer than what I was told...when I dropped my vehicle off I was told I would get updates about my vehicle and where it was in the process, but I never received anything. I always had to reach out to them to find out where they were in the process.

Someone hit my vehicle in the parking lot of my apt and left the scene without so much as a note. Over $1200 worth of damage. Caliber took care of my vehicle.. they went above and beyond! Car was rushed to get fixed therefore having to make second trip to drop car off to get fixed AGAIN. Was not given rental car back and had to call to check back in multiple times to be told “ tech has left for the day” or “ will ask tech when they get here”. Was told after SECOND TIME bringing it back that they could order a piece that you would have thought would have been done already to fix the issue. Called last Friday and told would be called on Monday. Now a week later and there has been no call or follow through...... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Now on the 3rd week of dealing with car not repaired correctly.

Our van was damaged in a parking lot accident. The van is old and has a low market value. Calibers first estimate was more than $2,600 for a complete repair. We knew our insurance would not pay that and they would total the van which, could still be driven without issues. Mostly dents, and a broken marker light. Megan, Christina, and Terry agreed to complete the most minor repairs possible so that the passenger door could be opened, and the marker light would work ... just enough repairs to pass inspection and be able to drive the van. The van is old so the dents are cosmetic and dont bother us. We were pleasantly shocked to discover our bill was only $150.00! From $2,600+ to $150.00. We highly recommend Caliber Collision on Plantation Road in Roanoke. Thank you Megan, Christina, Terry, and crew. Hoping you enjoyed the doughnuts!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. worst experience Ive ever had dealing with a shop, gave me my car back with a dead battery and a hole in a brand new tire.

The employees are always so nice and helpful when ever I need repairs, and go out of their way to make sure to make the best out of a bad situation.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. They matched the paint just perfect including the spackle look. They also where kind enough to clean my floormats and even let me pick up my car on a Saturday! When they are closed on Saturdays! Todd, their General Manager is amazing. He came to their shop to allow me to pick my vehicle up on a Saturday. I would recommend them 100 times over. They are amazing.

The most amazing experience!!! They had crew come in on the weekend to have my car done 7 days faster so I could avoid rental car costs. They handled everything perfectly, eased any of my concerns from the accident I was in and fixed everything flawlessly! Very professional, kind and understanding! AND oh, FAST!!!! Highly recommended! I gave a 3 star because our car was promised on a Friday and it was not ready... was not ready till the following Monday. But then they had to get approval from Geico for more damage and said they got it and in a couple days the parts would be in and they would call. TWO weeks went by and NO call....finally I called and was told they thought they called me.However the car was done nicely....new hood and other things and it was acceptable work.

Most helpful and easy to get along with repair shop ever. Expedited my repairs to accommodate the rental car limitations of my insurance, and great communication throughout. Genius that I am, I dropped off my truck with 800 pounds of wet #10 gravel in the bed. I guess sand is an unwelcome material in a paint booth, so they gave me the option to come get it. I could not, so they cheerfully got rid of it for me. It must have been a bug nuisance, but they did not complain or charge me for the work.

I used caliber collision to get some work done on my truck. I was very irritated with how things went but the GM called me amd made it right. He was very professional.

Im so happy to share what a terrific experience we had with Calibur. Their repairs and bodywork were top notch. They kept us informed thru the process and our truck was finished before the scheduled date. Also, you would expect maybe, a cleaning or wipe down of areas in the car they had messed up, but they did a complete cleaning of the inside, which was way above and beyond what was needed or expected!!

First and foremost, the people there are very nice. unfortunately, that is probably the best thing I can say about the place.The redeeming feature is that Geico insurance uses them so any repair they do is guaranteed for life. And thank God, because youre probably going to have to go back.My household has had to use them twice. Once when someone drove up the side of my mothers car, which was parked on the street. They told her it would be a two to three-week repair, and over two months later we were still calling to find out when we would get it back.We understand things happen, but at the 3-week mark, when we hadnt heard even heard anything from them, we began calling on a weekly basis.We were told regularly it would be Friday, it would be Monday, it would be the following week, and it was never any of those.That was February 2018.Fast forward to June 7th of this year. Someone sideswiped my car, parked on the street, and tore off my mirror. They were one of the places offered for repair.Because of our previous experience with them and because Ive always taken my car to the Salem Mazda dealer, I checked that out first.Unfortunately, because thats now across town for me and because this place is right up the street, I figured I would take it here because surely the last experience was an anomaly and besides, its a lifetime warranty.The scheduling was easy and they got me in when they said they would. They had it ready when they said they would.But after having had my vehicle all day for a mirror replacement, I got in the car, started it up, and guess what?The mirror didnt work.They got it remedy before I left, and I appreciate the young man I was dealing with. He was very personable and responsive to my frustration, and took care of it very quickly.That said, just know where youre getting and be sure you got Geico so your warranty will be for lifetime.

If it was possible to give a zero star review I would. My girlfriend had to have her car taken in to the shop, they gave a repair time of about a week and a half. Was her car ready in a week and a half, no. They changed the date constantly, her car was in the shop for a little over 3 weeks. And once she did get the car back the splash guard for the passenger side tire was still missing. They said they would call when it came in, they had the part for a week before they called her. Went in to get it put on, should take 15 minutes tops to put a splash guard on. We waited for an hour and then they were going to detail her car without consulting her about it.You couldnt pay either of us to go back to this Caliber.

I accidentally parked too close to one of those cement blocks at the top of parking spaces. Turns out it had some rebar sticking out of it and dislodged my bumper slightly. I went to the BMW dealership and they referred me here because BMW doesnt do bodywork there. Anyway Tina called one of the technicians to come look at it really quickly., He messed around with the bumper for a few minutes and popped it back on NEARLY perfectly, and then they gave me a quote for what it would cost if I wanted it restored to perfect condition. They didnt charge me a dime for the time and effort they took to get the bumper as close to perfect as they could. I live in Radford, and will drive an hour up here to this specific shop whenever I need anything done on any of my vehicles. These folks are GREAT. 1000% recommended.

Very poor service. Sent my truck in for repair to a fender and brush guard and requested another thing be fixed. Took at least a month to get it done and then when told it could be picked up the vehicle wasnt ready and the repairs hadnt been done. WOULD NOT recommend to anyone
